I’m going to the sun on my holiday. I will go there by a spaceship. I will take a big blue spaceship。
then I’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is very hot. So I put on the super-shirt. In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my breakfast.
At eight o’clock, I will play with my friends there. they are super dog and super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes. then I do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table.
After my home work, I will have my lunch. I will eat sun salad. I will make some red toy bear to the sun babies. I will have red juice, red fish and red rice. All the things are red. then I need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. So I will walk to the spaceship. I’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

We went home at 5pm.Although we were all fell tired,we were very happy.It was great fun!

学生是学习的主人，是学科课堂的主人。学生是班级的主人，他们也就应是班级管理的主人。班主任管理班级时，他们在班级管理中就应扮演什么样的主角呢？就像学科教学一样，班主任不就应成为管理的主力，而就应是班级管理的引导者，监督者。从班级管理的实践来看，一个几十人的小学班级，仅靠一个或几个教师管理是不行的，关键是要教育和指导学生学会自我管理，使每个学生做到既是被管理的对象，又是实施管理的主体，到达“管是为了不管”的目的。
这学期，我就是把班级的工作重点放在培养学生的自主管理潜力方面。培养学生的自我管理潜力，首先就是从培养学生管自己潜力开始的。《班主任大全》一书中就指出：此刻的学生大多数是独生子女，他们对成人的依靠性很强。由于家长的溺爱，这些“小太阳”们在家庭中失去了培养独立性的机会，他们更多的依靠成人的帮忙和照料。对于学生自我管理潜力的培养主要从三个方面着手：第一方面，利用晨会、班会、队会等，向学生正面宣传“自己能做的事自己做”，让学生从认识上加深对独立性的理解。第二方面，在班级中安排“人人岗位职责制”，使每个学生都有自己的岗位，对自己的岗位负责。第三方面，联系学生的家长，取得家长的配合，培养学生在家的自我管理。
其次就是培养一支班干部队伍。利用管理班级的机会培养学生的自我管理潜力，班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部，同时要精心培养小干部。第一，帮忙小干部树立威信。对于学生自己选出来的班干部，要尊重他们的权利。每一天的值日先由卫生委员负责评比，然后，由我发表自己的意见和推荐供他们参考。第二，鼓励小干部大胆工作，指点他们工作方法。第三，严格要求小干部在知识、潜力上取得更大进步，在纪律以身作则，力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用，亦即“以点带面”。第四，培养干部团结协作的精神，要能够透过干部这个小群众建立正确、健全的舆论，带动整个班级体开展批评与自我批评，构成群众的'组织性、纪律性和进取心，以即“以面带面”。同时也要注意及时召开班干部会议，针对他们在工作中出现的问题，教给他们工作方法，使他们明确自己的职责，指出他们的优缺点和今后努力工作的方向。同时，还要求他们注意班干部成员之间的合作，齐心协力，拧成一股绳，尽力在同学之间树立他们的威信，创造机会，锻炼和培养他们的潜力。
这样培养的方法，所有采取的措施，其目的不在于人人都能管人，而在于人人都能管自己，培养学生对自己、班级、家庭的职责意识。
确实，《班主任大全》一书，在班级管理这个方面给了我很大的启发，让我对班级管理有了新的认识。

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.
They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.
