如果有一个假期，可以由我规划，一向最爱美食的我，当然想要美食前进，来趟丰盛的“美食之假期”。
为了不想假期结束之后，还要烦恼减重的'问题，我决定以脚踏车当交通工具，不但可以边骑边看，不会错过任何美景，也不会有停车的困扰。
事先我会做好功课，这趟环岛的铁马行，我要挑自己想吃、喜欢吃的当地特色美食来下手，像是麻?、肉圆、石板烤肉等，随身携带着笔记本，我想当个美食评论家，记录下我的食用心得，也顺便替这些店家打分数，提供其它的人做参考，就不会误踩地雷了。
如果这个假期可以实现有多好啊！我心里想着一个画面，我骑着脚踏车，在北京各地骑来骑去，去造访一间间的餐厅，如果我和那间店的老板聊开了，说不定还会告诉我，他们店的秘诀，说不定还可以交到许多的新朋友呢！
你知道我为什么在北京，不去国外吗？原因一：因为我是北京人啊！原因二：我连自己的家乡都还没玩完，就想去别人的家乡，我自己觉得不对，所以我想要北京真的玩完了之后，再出国玩。
这是我心目中最完美的假期，因为它不但吃到了美食，又有运动，还可以更认识家乡，对不对？
