刚当班主任不久的时候，一个学生因学习困难所以总是在班级生事，我就让他担任班级干部，本想通过这个促进他的学习同时也让他能够管理其他的同学和约束他自己，但是后来发现这个方法不行，学习成绩不好的学生在同学中没有威信，后来选班干部再也不这样了。
