无论是职位、地位、能力、财富、知识，还是生活中的其他各个方面，我们很容易拿别人做自己的参照目标，却很少和自己的昨天、现在、未来作一个比较。我们想超越的到底是什么？是别人还是自己？我们需要榜样，但我们真的能成为他们吗？
每个人成长过程中都需要榜样的力量，我们也总是梦想着某一天能像他们那样。把别人作为自己的超越目标，说明我们认为他们比自己更完美，更令人羡慕。所以我们愿意花费很多时间和精力向他们靠拢。

在一次看电视时，偶然看到了电视连续剧《李小龙传奇》，我不仅大吃一惊，那个不就是真实的李小龙吗？对李小龙我还是知道的，他1973年就已经去世了。可是这个人是谁呢，难道是李小龙的儿子，李国豪？真是太像李小龙了，不仅是长得像，更是那股精气神！
于是，我就对关于这部电视剧的相关资料关注起来。真是天公作美，一次非常偶然的机会，我在中央10台看到了该片总导演的一个讲述节目，该片不仅讲述了他们在美国等多个国家拍摄的经历，还谈到了演员选择。
开始，导演李文歧是想让甄子丹来出演李小龙的，演功夫片，他是个家喻户晓的人物，也更容易引起媒体关注。后来，李文歧导演还是放弃了这个打算，理由是，甄子丹太像甄子丹了，而不是李小龙。如果把李小龙演成了甄子丹，那么这部片子的价值和影响力也必将大打折扣。
当导演看到陈国坤时，他立即下了决心，让陈国坤出演李小龙。陈国坤何许人也？人称他“小龙”，原为特约演员，经朋友介绍认识周星驰，并于2000年担任电影《少林足球》的排舞师，及后因貌似李小龙而被周星驰赏识，饰演《少林足球》里的主要角色，并成为星辉旗下的全职演员，2002年参演美国哥伦比亚公司投资，徐克监制的电影《千年僵尸王》，2004年出演《功夫》中的反派大佬更给人留下印象深刻。
陈国坤的出演真是令观众们眼前一亮，仿佛又看到了那个已经离开我们30多年的李小龙了。他把李小龙演活了，一切如同真实再现，就如同唐国强出演***，这是导演的成功，也是这部片子的成功，更是陈国坤的成功。
甄子丹演活了陈真，于是他成就了自己，陈国坤演活了李小龙，他也将成就一个从未发现的自己。无论成为一名优秀演员还是其他，我们都不要迷失自己，而是要抓住时机，成就自己。
在追逐中我们发现了自己，其实人生的整个过程本身就是自我发现。每个人的生命都是独特而无法复制的，所以你不能成为别人，只能成就自己。
每个人都有两个自己，一个是现实中的自己，另一个是理想状态中的自己。我们的人生使命是什么？不就是让自我突破现实的种种束缚，完善自己，并最终成为理想中的自己吗？
当我们决心一步步成为理想中的'自己时，即使遇到各种坎坷与困难，我们依然会感受到生命的价值和意义。没有比想成为理想的自己更有意义的事情了，但这一切必须在自我超越中完成。
如何才能认清自己，并超越现实中的自己呢？认清自己，就是清楚自己目前所处的位置，及所面临的现实状态，即认清自己是什么，存在于哪种状态中，自己真正需要的是什么，自己正被什么束缚着。
如果无法将这些识别清楚，自我超越就无从谈起。
对于现代人来说，我们很容易将自己迷失在物质世界中，而且特别在意别人对自己的评价。利益会迷惑我们的判断，别人的言论会搅乱我们的选择。所以我们更容易将自己迷失在物质与世俗之中。
自我超越最重要，但我们最终要超越的是什么？现实和理想就像一条线的两端，现实中的自己在这端，理想中的自己在那端。如何才能从这端走到那端呢？
现实中的我们总是背负着各种沉重包袱，如物质利益、世俗观念、消极状态、不良习惯、错误认知等，只有当将这些束缚我们的包袱一件件卸掉时，理想的自己才会早日实现。
