生活中的第一次像一串珍珠项链时刻围在我身边，我觉得最洁白的一颗中的事就是第一次包饺子了！
那天，阿姨家来客人，我和弟弟想了很多好玩的游戏来欢迎他，其中一个很好玩，叫真假饺子，就是一盘里放的是肉，另一盘放的是牛奶糖，让客人猜哪盘是肉。我和弟弟一个包肉饺，一个包牛奶糖饺，忙得不亦乐乎！我先把饺子皮放在手上，轻轻地往里面放肉，然后用食指沾上水，涂抹在边缘，可我一捏，便“肉末四溅”了！我不甘心，再拿一张皮，放上肉，一捏，还是如此！怎么办？客人快来了！我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转，这时，大救星妈妈来了，她说：“捏的时候不可以那么用力，还不能捏中间，要在边缘上轻捏！”我点点头，重新把一张皮放在手上，加点肉末，轻轻地在边缘沾点水，再慢慢地捏上，可刚捏上，便散了架：饺子“头破肉流”，还弄得黏糊糊的。是哪里出了差错呢？我百思不得其解，我心想：会不会饺子太薄了？或者是肉太多了？第二次我试着少放点儿肉，当我把它捏好时，却成了“四不像”：饺子不像饺子，包子不像包子，更不像面包、汤圆。不过，我总算做到了不散架，不漏肉，这真是值得鼓励呀！后来我越包越顺手，饺子包得真是龙飞凤舞呀！
后来，这位客人还是没猜出来，结果吃了个牛奶糖饺，把牙咯掉了，不过他还是表扬我们有创意，我们听了喜滋滋的！
这次包饺子让我尝到了喜悦和称赞，我真希望再包一个牛奶糖饺子呀！

每次看到饺子，我都会想起那难忘的包饺子比赛，那次的比赛是学校举办的，每个年级都有同学参加，大家玩得可高兴了。
比赛开始了，有了馅后，大家赶紧行动起来，抓紧时间包饺子。都想第一个完成任务。我也不例外，拿起一个饺子皮，放了点馅就开始捏边儿。可左捏右捏也捏不住。我怕影响组里的成绩，就拿出了擀面杖擀皮儿。这可是我的拿手绝活。瞧，经我手擀出的皮儿，一个个圆圆的，而且中间厚，周围薄。佳慧和文静、永帅则有条不紊地包着。由于我们合作默契，我们组第一个完成了任务。一个、两个、三个………我数了一下，我们组包了七十八个。说起这七十八个饺子，还有一段笑话呢！
你瞧，宏旭多有趣，他擀的皮又大又薄，仔细一瞧，“哈哈哈………”能让人笑破肚皮——，饺子皮和擀面杖粘到了一起。一拉，饺子皮顿时成了两瓣。咦，怎么谁都对我笑，还指着我的鼻子。难道我的鼻子上有什么东西？我一摸，呀！白面。哦，想起来了，可能是宏旭给我扔饺子皮的时候扔到了鼻子上，弄了一鼻子的白面。
饺子出锅了。同学们一个个伸长了脖子，有的还不停地提鼻子：“好香啊！”饺子一放到桌上，所有的筷子就都***进去。你听，宏旭在问永帅：“味道怎么样？”永帅顾不得回答，只是一个劲儿地吃着，捎带脚不停地点头。两位女生算是文雅的，可嘴角也在淌油。
今天的饺子真的很香，连平常很挑食的我都吃了好几个。包饺子比赛真是有趣啊，真希望这样的活动多举行几次，既可以锻炼我们的动手能力，还可以让我们享受到丰富多彩的课余生活。
