summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

“生日快乐！”一群人围着一个蛋糕齐声喊道。哈！你一定猜到了吧！有人过生日了，那这次的小寿星又是谁？他是张宇。
急匆匆来到牛排馆，点了一份牛排就开始聊天。十分钟后，有人叫：“牛排来啦！”我听了猛一转头，牛排的香味真浓，我沉浸在牛排香里，一会儿后，便狼吞虎咽起来，嘴里的还没咽下，叉子上却早有一块肉了。
接下来，我们去了“小叮当乐园”。一进乐园，便开始了男女PK赛。 “看我方“飞炮”！”女生拿起海洋球对男生大打出手。“看我方“金华火腿肠”！”陈永晋拿着一个像香肠一样的东西攻了过来，“不好，撤退！”
不知何时，战斗场转移到了海洋球场，“啊！敢打我，看我怎么对付你！”我拿起好几个球，手做了个360度大转弯，“嗨！”顿时，球像雨点般落下来，碰在男生身上，哈，这可替我出了口气。
又过了一会，我们又变了场地，玩起了“捉捉”，啊！追上了，快跑！“加速”哈，追不上了吧！“喂！我们躲在这吧！”一层，二层，玩具屋里，海洋球场里，我们的身影无处不在。
半小时过去了，我们又玩起了“抢球”，男方左边，女方右边，这次是一可与陈听对战，一可快撑不住了，这时一可眼睛一亮，拼命地向陈听那边推，我叫道：“一可，你干什么？你这是把球拱手相让啊！”，只见这时陈听被推倒在地上，球顺着陈听身上溜了过去，这一局，女方胜，“耶”！
我们赢了！“看炮”“看我的飞毛腿”，“啊！好臭呀！我看你这是香港脚吧！其臭无比！”“哈哈哈？我看也是的，哈哈哈？”
8点半了，游乐园里依然有我们的笑声？

太阳公公要开派对，整个宇宙都热闹起来了。宇宙邮递员正忙着帮太阳公公发送派对邀请卡。当然了，宇宙的`所有行星、陨石等天际的星群都得了了邀请，大家都趁着这个机会联络一下彼此的感情。
馋嘴的冥王星第一个到场，它一进门，就东张西望找吃的，太阳公公看见了心想：“这个小馋嘴来了，今天的食物可就要糟殃了”。皎洁的月亮妹妹也来了，她永远都是那么高贵。太阳公公心想：“等会银河姑娘、晚霞姑娘来了可就热闹了，她们一定又要和月亮妹妹争芳斗艳了”。正在这时，典雅高贵的银河姑娘就到了。身着五彩衣的晚霞姑娘打扮得最耀眼了，就像个大牌明星。太阳公公自言自语道：“真是想曹操曹操到。”就在三位美眉各展风采时，客人们陆续都到齐了。
午夜十二点，派对正式开始了。星群们一个个都狂舞起来；素有绅士风度的天王星也欢跃起来了；最有趣的还要算银河姑娘了，她为了和月亮妹妹、彩霞姑娘争艳大跳舞；彩霞姑娘也不也不甘示弱，一曲接一曲地跳了下去；优美的音乐又响起了，银河姑娘拖着又长又亮的裙子在舞池里飞舞，大家被那优美的舞姿征服了。尤其是天王星，它在曲终后，单腿跪地，绅士般的说道：“亲爱的银河小姐，你的舞姿让我沉迷，你的美貌让我折服，请嫁给我吧！”银河姑娘看着天王星诚恳的样子，害羞地点了点头。太阳公公开心地笑了，它没想到派对竞成全了一对恋人。顿时所有星群为此而鼓起掌来，但有二个人没鼓掌，一个是彩霞姑娘，她正躲在一边妒忌银河姑娘；一个就是贪吃的冥王星，他正在狠命的贪吃的丰盛的晚宴。
宇宙里的星际们在狂欢，可人间就不好过了。由于月亮不在，人间黑漆漆的。可是善良的人们都没有抱怨，人们也在为天上的这次快乐聚会而高兴呢！觉得应该给月亮妹妹放了一天假。
第二天，太阳公公有气无力的从太阳宫出来，当它看到人间车水马龙的热闹情景时，顿时又精神饱满地工作起来了。

当然，哪个参加派对前会不化妆打扮一番，不过这会我们的化妆是重在手上——仔仔细细地用洗手液清洁双手，我们参加的派队的盛装则是戴上塑料圆帽，套上曳地围裙，想到这个“西式”派对即将举行，我觉得自己仿佛来到了欧洲……
来到面点房，一块块嫩白的小“雪团”端到了我的`眼前，毛师傅开口说:“我们先在面团中间叉几个小孔，以免比萨四溅出‘仓’哦！”话音刚落，我们就开始了“西餐活动”。
番茄酱这急性子，总是改不掉。刚叉完面团，它就叫道：“该我上场了，该我上场了！”我无可奈何，只好让它首先加入“比萨派队”。
此时，各个配料都活跃起来，争先恐后地要上场，我开了一个小后门，让全身裹着乳白色羊绒衣的奶酪先露脸，接着，我陆续让它们上场：害羞的香肠丁红着脸怯生生地登台，挺有身份的肉沫当然不甘落后，爱生气的玉米和热情的番茄携手亮相，压轴的是舞蹈家——洋葱，我把它们安在比萨中间，让它互相融合，尽情交谈，这些馅料朋友的到来，给比萨派对增添了许多风采。
比萨派对渐渐进入了高潮，房间里（烤箱里）的人气指数已经达到了几百度，比萨派队各个朋友的手此刻都已经紧紧地拉在了一起。
派队活动即将结束之时，交出了人人抢手的杰作——精美的比萨工艺品。它们的问世得到了师傅、老师、家长的一致肯定：“verygood！”
