我通过查电脑知道了：铁锅易破损是因为会生锈。虽然铁锅在中国家庭中使用很广泛。但是，它经常因为生锈而破损。铁锅在有水和氧气并存时容易生锈，要防止铁锅生锈可以保持其锅面干燥。如果铁锅已经生锈的`话，可以现将铁锅烧热，然后用布蘸一下醋，擦一擦就没了，既简单快捷又彻底。每次用完铁锅后不要洗得太干净了，留点油防锈。或者先将铁锅烧热,然后倒入一点油,用铲子均匀抹平,然后关火,隔天用的时候，要先用清水冲洗一下。这样铁锅才不会很快生锈，导致破损。也可以用茶叶渣防铁锅生锈。铁锅受潮的时候很容易出现锈斑，很难彻底清除。用装有茶叶渣的纱布包擦拭铁锅，就能防止铁锅生锈。另外，淘米水也可以防锈。如果把铁锅清洗干净后，浸入浓度较高的淘米水中，就能防止它们快速地生出锈斑，因为淘米水会为铁锅增添一层保护膜。
铁锅生锈其实是铁锅容易破损的主要原因。我从上面的资料里懂得了这个道理。以后妈妈再也不用为铁锅生锈破损而烦恼了，我又帮妈妈解决了一大难题。

1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。

3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

星期天，我决定尝尝做家长的滋味。
早上我买了饼。但中饭吃什么呢？我想了一会决定买虾和青椒土豆丝，把虾子买回来后，我把它的胡须剪去，又把虾筋抽去，剪大虾的大夹时候，他的大夹老夹到我的手，于是我把它的大夹用绳子把夹捆着虾来，用剪刀剪。最后把龙虾的外壳剥掉，就这样，我把龙虾一只只整理好了，洗干净准备下锅。我拧开煤气阀门，往锅里到了些油，油热了，把龙虾倒进去，反复地炒了几下，龙虾的颜色渐渐变得鲜红可爱时，我又放了葱，姜，醋，糖，酱油和水，然后盖上锅盖儿，让它一个劲儿的烧。
第二道菜是炒青椒土豆丝，土豆这家伙最不好对付，圆溜溜的，一切就滚，我便学妈妈平时切土豆丝的方法：把土豆从中间一切两半，把平整的一面帖在菜板上，左手按住土豆，右手用刀把土豆切成一片一片的，再将这些土豆，切成丝。土豆丝切好了。该弄青椒了，我剥开青椒去籽，谁知道到青椒汁溅到我的眼睛里，我手忙脚乱，连忙用手揉眼睛，这下更糟了，眼睛被辣眼泪直流，但为了把中饭做好，我还是忍着了，用湿毛巾擦眼睛，继续把这道菜做好，这时龙虾也烧好了。一股诱人的香味扑鼻而来，我情不自禁的说：好香啊！
