今天，我和好朋友何佳宁结伴去游泳。做好一切准备以后，就“扑通”、“扑通”跳下水，像两只小鸭一样，可何佳宁是一只“旱
鸭子”不会游泳，我就自告奋勇当她的老师了。可是，我还没有教她，就发现一个大问题，何佳宁老是套着一个游泳圈，不敢摘下来，我苦口婆心地劝导着，左一句“戴游泳圈是学不好游泳的`”右一句“摘下游泳圈，水很浅的”。但是，何佳宁始终不肯摘下游泳圈，（真撅啊！）。我只好使出我的***手锏“唠叨”最后何佳宁还是架不住我到三寸不烂之舌，终于摘下游泳圈。我可是一名厉害的老师啊，俗话说“严师出高徒”嘛！
首先，要在岸上学姿势，我严肃地说：“游泳的姿势要正，才能游得直。只要动作稍微不对，不仅游不快，而且还会游得歪。如果做不对，就要罚做十遍。”弄得何佳宁叫苦不迭，这堪称得上是“魔鬼训练”呀！
等姿势练得差不多了，就练水下功夫了。学游泳，换气是最基本的，我耐心地跟何佳宁说：“沉下水去，如果气不够用了，就稍微把头抬起来一点儿，先憋一口气，再沉下去，记住换气时脚不要沾地，就这样循环练习。”可说得容易，做得难阿！何佳宁沉下去没多久，就马上浮出水面，还直咳嗽，像小鸭子似的拼命摇着头，把水甩掉。我着急地问：“你没事吧?”何佳宁说：“看来我真不是游泳的料。”我依然没有放弃，把很多换气的技巧告诉了她，果然，这个方法很管用，何佳宁进步很快。
今天可真有趣！不仅帮助了同学，还到老师的辛勤，懂得了体谅老师，真是受益匪浅啊！

今天，我和爸爸一起去游泳馆。不过，你可别笑话，爸爸还是只“旱鸭子”呢。他说：“贝贝，爸爸也想学游泳，这回让你当教练行不行？”“真的？”我惊喜地问。“当然，今天我全听你的，不学会誓不罢休！”爸爸一句话把我逗乐了。
这不，爸爸还真让我教他。下水后，我非常认真地做起教练来。我先教爸爸怎样闷水，据说他小时侯跟爷爷学过“狗爬式”，有点儿基础，所以没呛几口水就会了，比我当初强得多。然后，该教他踢腿动作了。这回老爸可就“笨”相百出，总不能按我的要求去做，不是没力度就是踢偏了，两条腿一上一下极不协调。看着爸爸趴在泳池边的可怜劲儿，我也严厉不起来，只好一次又一次地示范，还潜到水中抓住他的脚去做动作。经过我的不厌其烦和爸爸的.不懈努力，踢腿动作总算完成了，而且还挺到位。学会了踢腿，只要伸直双臂，就能在水里游了，不过完整的蛙泳动作还需学会双臂划水和换气。由于爸爸手脚动作不一致，害得他呛了几多口水，真逗！我这个教练当得可辛苦了，一会儿游到爸爸的左边，一会儿游到他的右边，实在不行干脆“上岸”演习，就像电影里播放慢动作一样，伸出双臂慢慢划呀划，引得好多人过来看，看得爸爸怪不好意思的。
我和爸爸在水里泡了将近四小时，我们手脚的皮都泡白泡皱了，人也累得筋疲力尽。不过功夫不负有心人，爸爸终于如愿以偿学会了游泳。这时，一直坐在一旁的妈妈打趣地说：“小鬼，没想到你当速成教练还挺在行的呢！”连一向严肃的“货真价实”的教练也对妈妈说：“你女儿真厉害！”嘿嘿，我这是现学现卖呢！
