英文作文同学互动【一】

师生关系是教育学研究的一个重要的但似乎又永远说不清道不明的问题。关于师生关系,历史上常将二者对立起来,导致教师中心和学生中心的产生。互动教学则认为师生之间的关系是互动关系。

这几天在研读新课程课堂教学探索从书巜互动教学》,在研读过程中才真正理解在互动教学中教师必须做到以下几点,才能处理好互动教学中师生的关系。

首先要求教师在互动教学中要更新观念,这是互动教学的前提条件。

第一,教师要认识到教学具有创造性,创造性要求教师在教学过程中不断地按照教学规律并能结合自己的个性特长创造性地进行教学,要不断预设教学情景,但又在实践中生成自己的教学风格,创造性既是教师的有效教学,又是教师根据规律的灵活处理。

第二,认识到教学对于学生生命意义的重要性。以往的教学关注的是要求学生把握与自己的生活世界和生命世界毫无关联的成人世界的认识,而现在的教学则需要我们认识到教学对学生生命意义的重要性,这需要教师从学生日常行为和言谈中发现学生成长的需要、能力和习惯,强化学生对自身发展的关注度。

第三,认识到教学绝对不是独白或表演,而是为互动、交流提供背景与平台。传统的教学理论常常将教学界定为对学生发展的培养,其基本出发点就是成人能够而且必须对学生的发展负责,并将成人认为有用的知识灌输给学生,殊不知,学生进入学校,不仅仅是学习知识,更重要的是学生在学校中还要学会如何与人相处、如何获得更多的喜悦,收获更多的成功。因此从这个意义上来说,我们的教学就是为学生提供能够与人相处的平台。我们所提供的知识、设计的活动,无一不是为了这样一个目的。

第四,认识到教学是学生主动建构知识的过程。建构主义者主张,世界是客观存在的,但是对于世界的理解和意义赋予却是由每个人自己决定的。所以他们关注如何以原有的经验、心理结构和信念为基础来建构精神世界。因此,在教学中,教师应将学习视为学习者主动建构内部心理表征的过程,这需要为学生提供各种结构性的知识和非结构性的经验背景。

其次要求教师在互动教学中要进行民主互动,这是互动教学的本质特征。民主的师生关系是指教师和学生在人格上的平等,在教学过程中地位的平等。这一般包括知和情两个方面:从知的角度说教师与学生只是先知和后知的关系,不存在施恩者和受恩者以及尊卑关系;从情的角度讲,学生与教师一样,拥有独立的人格和自由意志,拥有丰富的内心世界,拥有舒展生命、表达自己的空间。这种关系在课堂教学中则体现为师生都可以自由地发表自己的见解,可以和对方展开探讨甚至争论。

再者要求教师在互动教学中要进行师生之间的对话,这是互动教学的实现途径。互动教学中的对话作为一种策略,则常常与共同在场、主动介入、积极参与联系在一起,即通过敞开、接纳、回应、碰撞、沟通、合作、交流、互动等,达成视界融合以及共生共荣的理想,对话作为关系思维的表征,既可以发生在人与人之间,也可以不直接发生在人与人之间,而发生在人与人的精神产品,亦即人与各种文本之间这种对话并不以口头语言交会为特征,而是通过人对文本的理解和批判展开。对话依赖于教师的亲和力和感召力,需要教师理解、尊重和宽容学生。

当然,要想能得心应手地处理好师生的互动关系,肯定不止是要求我们能做到以上几点,它还需要我们在课堂教学中多感悟,多体会,课后多反思,多总结,这样才能慢慢地处理好互动教学中的师生关系。

《新课程标准》中明确提出课堂教学改革是课程改革的重头戏,因此强调师生交往、构建互动的新型师生关系,强调教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。但何为互动,如何才能在教学中实现真正的互动,一直让我很困惑。最近,我阅读由华东师范大学基础教育改革与发展研究所郑金洲教授主编、福建教育出版社推出的“新课程课堂教学探索系列”丛书,其中《互动教学》一书,让我对于新课程背景下的互动教学有一个较全面的认识。

互动是行为主体借助于一定的手段,与他人(或环境和自己相互作用、影响的过程。互动教学是使用互动的一种教学形式,即在教学中,采用互动并依赖于对话,创造有利于学生发展的环境的教学形式。

首先,互动教学不是单向影响的教学。传统的教学,强调教师的中心地位,强调教师的权力,强调学生的被动与服从;互动教学是多向的教学,即在教师、学生、环境之间发生多维的信息交流,在交流中实现师生之间、生生之间、师生与环境之间的互动。教学活动的本质属性应当是交往,是一个以课程为载体,以课堂为环境,以教学过程为主渠道的,多向交往的对话过程。在这一过程中,师生间的交往与对话是教与学结合点,通过多边多向、多种形式交互作用,师生群体结成了学习共同体。它不再将学生视作一个接受教育、获取知识,以服从为存在方式的客体对象,而是与教师平等的,有自己的观点、思想、情感与态度的生命体。

其次,互动教学不是任由教师控制的教学。学生是互动的主体,有权对自己的学习作出选择。教师的主导作用并不意味着随意控制学生的思想与行为,教师是学生学习的领路人,应当放下师道尊严的架子,平等地对待每一个学生。平等的师生关系是民主课堂的基础,有了民主,师生间就能互动起来,而且这互动的有效性就有了可靠的保障。教师要尊重学生的人格和品质,真正赋予学生自主学习的时间和空间,学生学习的积极性和创造性就能得到充分的发挥。

第三,互动教学不是追求互动形式的教学。在听课过程中发现,有些教师为了充分体现教学互动,设计了大量的展示性问题,让学生围绕问题团团转,看似热闹,看似学生的积极性很高,实质上属于无效互动。还有的教师为了改变教学组织形式,许多课堂采用小组合作学习,但教师没有对小组成员提出应当承担的要求,很多学生在小组讨论时乱说话或做其他事情,让小组活动流于形式。

第四,互动教学不是单一的依赖语言互动的教学。有些教师将互动理解为教师提问,学生回答。虽然语言是互动教学的必要手段,但仅仅是互动教学的手段之一。有效的教学互动中,教师会充分发挥身体语言的作用,如经常使用目光接触、微笑、点头、摇头和手势来辅助教学和课堂管理,有时也会用体态语来模拟情景。在英语课堂教学中,使用准确、适当、自然协调的体态语,可增加课堂的趣味性,促进师生互动。

第五,互动教学不是独白式教学。“独白式”教学是教师把教学看成单向的传道、授业、解惑,而忽视学生的兴趣、学生的现有水平。建构主义教育理论认为知识不是通过教师的.传授获得的,而是学习者在一定的情境即社会文化背景下,借助其他人的帮助,利用必要的学习资料,通过意义建构的方式获得的。学习是个体建构自己知识的过程,这意味着学习并不是简单的信息输入、存储和提取,而是积极的主动构建,是新旧经验之间双向的相互作用。

总之,互动教学是把教育活动看作是生生之间、师生之间进行一种生命与生命的交往、沟通,把教学过程看作是一个动态发展着的教与学统一的交互活动过程,它立足于师生双方的互相认识、理解、解释的基础上,是以师生双方的平等对话为前提的教学,通过调节师生关系及其相互作用,形成和谐的师生互动、生生互动、学习个体与教学中介的互动,以产生教学共振,达到教学相长。

8月1日,我们一行人乘坐春秋航班,来到了梦寐以求的海滨城市──青岛。那是一座依山傍水的美丽山城,那里有一望无际的海水浴场,有风景秀丽的崂山,还有精巧别致的红瓦绿树,真不愧为避暑度假的好地方。

我们先来到闻名的“海上名山”的崂山。我们的车行驶在崂山的盘山公路上,窗外群峰耸立,山海相接;山脚下海浪阵阵,波涛滚滚。我感到像到了人间仙境一样,令人心旷神怡。

登山了,我们沿着山路往上爬。不久,一排瀑布骤然出现在眼前,那瀑布就像巨龙飞腾,气势磅礴。这就是著名的“龙潭瀑布”,果真名不虚传,那宏伟的`气势就像“飞流直下三千尺”般壮丽。

第二天,我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了:天是一片蓝玉,海是一块翡翠,远望水天相连,蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上,奔向那向往已久的大海。

大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花,呼啸着向沙滩打来,一眨眼它又逃了回去,就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时,一个一米多高的大浪拥上来,我赶紧把身体背过去,一浪过去了,我就向前走几步。不一会儿,又一排大浪冲来,我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏,绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声,那感觉正是爽极了。

青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象,要开学了,我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊!

In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.

There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.

In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.

Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,

elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you'll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.

I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.

The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.
