There are many students smoking in senior high school, the reason may be that they think they look cool or appear to be more mature while having a cigarette at hand.But there are a lot of reasons not to smoke. Smoking does harm to our health.It is dangerous to our heart and lung. A lot of diseases are caused by cigarettes.Cigarettes also have terrible smell.The seconghand smoke can also be dangerous to the others who stand around you. Therefore, no smoking in public is a strict regulation in many countries. And the most important thing is that once you come into addicitive,it's hard to get rid of it. So,we must keep far from the cigarette——for everybody's health.
高中里有很多学生吸烟，原因可能是他们觉得手中有一支烟看上去很酷或者显得更成熟。但是，不吸烟的原因有很多。吸烟有害我们的健康，对我们的心脏和肺很危险。很多疾病都是由香烟引起的，而且烟的味道不好闻。二手烟对周围的.人也很危险。因此，公共场所禁止吸烟是很多国家的一项严厉规定。最重要的是，一旦你上瘾了就很难戒掉了。所以，为了每个人的健康，我们必须远离香烟。

今天下午，有一个关于心理健康知识的讲座。我听了之后收获很大。
怀着激动的心情，我们来到了多媒体教室。宽大的教室里现在却挤满了人，到我的时候，已经没有位子了，只好端凳子坐在旁边。
在这堂课中，我知道了什么是心理健康。一个人是否心理健康，是有着很多方面的。老师给我们提供了几个方面：第一，能够正确认识自己，友好的与他人相处。第二，能够做到成功了，不骄傲；失败了，不气馁等。
在我的眼中，一个心理健康的小学生应该是活泼开朗、有着良好人际关系、能够正确认识自己，并且言行一致、爱憎分明的。
听着娄老师的讲座，我开始分析自己心理是否存在问题。经过分析，我发现：我是一个活泼开朗的孩子，但是人际关系并不是很好，其原因在于我不懂得关心他人、体谅他人，经常以自我为中心，不考虑别人需要什么。我能够正确认识自己，并且言行一致、有着良好的情绪，但是我的意志力和抗干扰能力很差，经常写作业时看到有人在玩儿就忍不住了。
为了让我能够成为一个心理健康的学生，我决定从现在起，经常做换位思考，并提高自己的自制力和抗干扰能力。希望我们都能愉快地度过小学最后一学年！

Children's finally here, it is our holiday, but imagine the children also accompanied by together, everybody is more excited.
