“包饺子喽！”我和表弟在妈妈的吆喝声中来到厨房，卷起袖子，洗好手，准备包饺子。我拿起一片饺子皮，夹了一点肉，放在饺子皮中间，弄一点儿水涂在饺子皮的边缘，然后把饺子皮往中间合拢，再用手捏一捏，一个饺子就做好了。在我、表弟、妈妈、爸爸、奶奶和姑姑的不懈努力下，终于把饺子全部包好了。刚包完饺子，妈妈又马不停蹄的煮饺子，过了一会儿，我和表弟来到厨房，饺子的香味把我们吸引住了。我往锅里一看，咦，饺子怎么浮起来了？我不禁疑惑，便问妈妈：“妈妈，饺子刚下过水时，不是沉在水底的吗？现在怎么浮上来了？”还没等妈妈回答，表弟插嘴了：“我知道，因为饺子想让我们好捞一点。”表弟语出惊人，把我和妈妈都逗笑了。妈妈说：“先吃饺子，等一下我们去查资料。”饺子端来了，我心不在焉地吃着饺子。“好了，走！我们去查资料。”妈妈说。我和表弟放下碗，跑到妈妈面前，盯着妈妈的手机，“查到了！”妈妈告诉我们，“是什么？”我和表弟异口同声的.问，“看把你们急得。哈哈！原因是这样的：饺子煮熟时，它的体积变大，密度变小，所以就浮上来了。”我和表弟相视一笑，并说：“原来是这样。”

没想到，小小的饺子也蕴藏着大大的学问呢！
