去年暑假，爸爸带我到北京旅游，那是一件多么快乐的事情呀!
坐了一宿的火车，我们到北京的时候已经是第二天早上了。哦，北京早晨的'空气是那么新鲜，天空是那么明朗。草叶上露珠，犹如晶莹的宝石;娇怯的花儿，似乎在对我微笑;欢唱的鸟儿仿佛在欢迎我们的到来。
旅游的第一站——登长城。一到长城景区，我像刚出笼的小鸟，飞速地向长城跑去。看着那通向蓝天的台阶，我不由想到《欢天喜地七仙女》电视剧里的天梯，是那么的高，那么的长。
我们买了票，开始登长城了。开始我的速度很快，手脚并用，头也不抬，一直向上爬，都把爸爸甩得远远的，害得爸爸一直喊"小心!慢一点!"到半山腰的时候，我往下望了望，啊!真陡!叫人胆战心惊，感觉要掉下去似的。长城脚下的人都变小了，马路上的汽车也变小了。在爸爸的保护下，我一直往上爬。快到长城顶时，我已经气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓了，真想停下来歇歇脚呀。可一想到“不到长城非好汉，不到峰顶誓不休”，就立即打消了休息的念头，打起精神，继续往上冲。汗水从我的额头上流了下来，差不多一千多个台阶从脚下踩过了，我们离地面大约有四百多米了吧。鼓鼓劲，我们继续往上爬，终于到了长城顶了。
我站在长城的垛口眺望，啊!优美的风光尽收眼底。你看，山间青松翠柏，郁郁葱葱，山峰连绵起伏，变化多端，远处云雾迷朦，飘飘渺渺。看着这脚下的长城，蜿蜒在崇山峻岭之上，云雾缠绕之间，它可是我国古代劳动人民的智慧和结晶啊!
啊!长城的景色真美，我能来到这儿，我高兴，我快乐，我自豪。
