每一个故事讲述一个历史瞬间，而每一个历史瞬间都令人感动。《回归》讲述的是经历了100多年，香港终于回到了祖国母亲的怀抱;《夺冠》讲述的是中国女排永不言弃的精神;《相遇》讲述的是无名英雄高远为科研事业而奉献青春和生命的故事;《北京你好》讲述的是北京出租车司机张北京和四川一小男孩之间为了一张奥运会开幕式门票而发生的故事;《护航》中的女飞行员，想在阅兵式中表演可当了替补，在队友飞机故障让她上时，她的选择是排除故障后仍然把机会让给了队友，而自己飞回了指挥部;《白昼流星》讲述的是2016年11月18日，神舟十一号飞船返回舱成功着陆的场面。
看完电影，我问自己，在这和平年代不需要牺牲，那我们该做什么样的贡献呢?对于我们来说，该怎样爱国呢?其实，我想爱国并不是一定要为国争多少光，做出多大的贡献，只要我们做好自己，学好知识、掌握本领，在祖国需要我们时挺身而出，也是一种爱国!
