I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.
I liked not only the scene of the countryside, but also the people there. I helped them to do farm work. I also helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. The children were interested in English. They were good at reading and writing, but did not do well in listening and speaking. I helped them improve their listening and speaking. 那天下了一个上午的雨，下午雨过天，天空泛起宝石一般的蓝。我们出发了！途中，烈日炎炎的下午却使我那小小的心里充满了欢喜。因为一想到即将去大海，便不由自主地开心。终于到大海，我看见码头上有许多船。所有的船簇拥在一起，有大的也有小的。我又望望眼前的大海，听着呼啸的海浪声，我愈加感到大海的宏伟和博大。我迫不及待想要上轮船，当爸爸告诉我是哪艘船时我便马上跑到船前。啊！真大啊！相对我来说，船是个庞然大物了。船的样子十分像古代的阁楼，上船之后，我马上把船全都走了一遍。船启动了。我站在船头，海风迎面而来，真舒服。突然，有人说有个重要的东西忘记拿了，船只好掉头回去。像是有人打扰了我的美梦，我显得极不开心。等那人拿了东西后，船又开始出海了。我又终于放心没人打扰我的美梦了。走了许久，看见远处有几座小岛。岛上树木很茂盛，一片碧绿。这些小岛就像是镶嵌在海上的一颗颗绿宝石，给大海增添华丽的`色彩。还有一些海鸥在轮船后飞着。像在跟轮船赛跑。凉风习习、鸟声啁啾让人心旷神怡。船集在一个小岛前，这里空气十分清新。有人已经开始钓鱼，有人下水游泳。一位叔叔朝游泳的人喊有鲨鱼啊！游过去啦！那些游泳的一副惊慌的样子，我们船上的人都笑了。如果画家把这个场面画下来，那么这幅画一定很美很美。
回去时，已是今晚，夕阳落山，洒下万丈霞光，大海顿时成了色彩斑斓的舞台。流动着霞光异彩。此时此刻，天上的余光，海中的波光，交织成人间最动人的美景。这时，海鸥又来了，然而这次它们不是来赛跑而是捕食。因为船的螺旋桨把鱼带上来，海鸥就有了可乘之机啊！此时岸边都蒙上了一层火色的纱幔，景色变得迷离起来。但是灯火辉煌。给傍晚的大海又增添了另一番绚丽的光彩。天空从艳红变变为淡红，从橙黄退到淡黄，从浅蓝转成深蓝，直到变黑，船便靠岸了。我带着满怀的好情情回家了。
