再比如说植物，白天里它可以呼出氧气，净化空气。于是就有人将无数盆栽放到自己的房间里。可到了夜晚，植物呼出的不再是氧气，而是二氧化碳了。这既不能使人类获得新鲜的氧气，也不能让房间得到空气的净化。
手机也是如此，它可以帮助我们学习，有急事的时候还可以打电话给爸爸妈妈，在悠闲的时候还可以听一下音乐，何乐而不为呢？
但有些人，利用手机在网上抄作业，总喜欢拿出空余时间整日整夜地玩手机。更有甚者通过手机去诈骗未成年的小学生。这几年来有一款非常火爆的游戏——王者荣耀。自从有了这个游戏以后，每到一个角落就一定会有人捧着手机，目不转睛地玩着游戏。曾经就有一个学生，为了能在游戏里面充钱，偷偷的拿走了家里所有积蓄，使原本不富裕的家庭变得雪上加霜，母亲也气急败坏，最后倒在病床上。前段时间有一则新闻，一个孩子天天宅在家里打游戏，饭也不吃，作业也不写。妈妈看后非常生气，一气之下把他的手机丢出窗外，孩子急得连忙跳出楼下去捡，于是他的腿就这样摔断了。
任何东西都是有双面性的，更何况是手机和人工智能，只要我们合理地去使用它，学会理智看待它，弊就会转化为利。

The estimated number of new policy for infants range from 8000000 to 10000000. So we should pay more attention to who can have a second child and be rational when we choose whether to have a second child.
