确实是这样，边读书边做读书笔记，不仅可以使孩子们集中注意力，而且还可以促进孩子思维能力的发展，加强他们的记忆力。

不过，现如今，电脑的普及，网络的盛行，致使很少有人在读书时能拿个本子、拿支笔，记录书中的精彩句子了。孩子们更想不到自己的父辈，曾经会为拥有一个软皮本而开心，会为能记下那一条条精美的句子而自豪。甚至有些孩子很可能会说：“读书就是用眼睛看的`，为什么还要记笔记呀？”事实上，记笔记对阅读是有着很大帮助的。

美国华裔教育家林家翘先生，对读书笔记就非常重视。上大学时，他除了阅读时会记笔记，晚上回家后，他还会整理一遍读书笔记。他再整理一遍笔记的目的，就是把阅读时所记的内容消化，并加上自己的所思所想。除了每天记笔记，整理笔记外，他每月还要再做一次专门整理，把一个月来的阅读思路记下来，相当于对整个月的学习成果进行系统复习。

而他这么做的结果，大家应该也看到了，他成功了。

由林家翘先生的真实事例可以看出，边阅读边做笔记是一种有效的阅读方法，整理读书笔记更能提高阅读效率，这样慢慢就会形成一个良性循环。

边阅读边记笔记还有一个好处就是，增强记忆力，促进思维的运转。那父母又要怎么鼓励孩子做读书笔记呢？父母不妨给孩子们准备一本装帧精美的笔记本，在他们阅读的时候，适时地讲讲做读书笔记的好处，并教会他们如何做读书笔记。

既然要做读书笔记，肯定要选择最适合孩子看的、优秀的读本。现如今，受到孩子们喜欢的读物中，漫画有《火影忍者》、《哆啦A梦》等，科幻小说有《哈利伯特》、《名侦探柯南》等，中外名著有《西游记》、《鲁滨孙漂流记》、《水浒传》读书笔记。这些都属于经典名著，很适合孩子们看。

孩子在做读书笔记时，父母可以教他们用一些特殊的符号把精彩的语句标出来，然后选择一些空白处，写上自己的批注，比如“情节很精彩”、“用词很贴切”、“为什么要这么写？”等等。还可以让他们把感兴趣的成语典故、警句、段落和语句摘抄下来，记在本子上。阅读完整篇文章后，还可以写一些简短的书评，写阅读后的等。这些记读书笔记的方法，对孩子的阅读和思考很有好处。

A Tale of Two Cities

As everyone around me know that I am a movie fun ,especially English movies . I see films at least once a week , l love movies ,so I choose this course . every Saturday I saw English movies at class with my roommates ,which took great happiness to me . some films excited me and some moved me .the film 《A Tale of Two Cities》is one of films I loved ,.Before I saw it ,I have heard that it was a tale about one replaced the other to die . I did not know the reason and was full of curiosity about plot , two weeks ago ,I finally watched it and it gave me deep impression . therefore ,I want to talk about it .

The story is set in London and Paris at the time of the great French Revolution. It shows the causes of revolution and its effects on people's day-to-day lives. Before the revolution, the King and the aristocracy treated their people cruelly in France. The common people were extremely poor and miserable. The crops in the fields were poor as if even the land shared the misery of the people. And there were so heavy taxes that all the villagers had nothing to hand over at last. On the other hand, the aristocracy made their will as the law by using money and gold. There were no justice, no equality and no fairness. Just as what happened to Dr Manette, he wrote to the Minister to show the crime what Marquis Evremonde had done, resulting in himself being arrested and sent to the prison Bastille without any reason.

Then this situation of darkness needed to be changed. As people such as the Defarges prepared and arranged, at length the Revolution came to break out. When the Bastille was captured and the King as well as many other aristocrats was tried and put to death, things didn't go on as what they had been expected. The situation stayed the same, or even worse. The prisoners from the Bastille were set free while more prisons were filled with people who had done no wrong. People who once lived on the bottom of society charge world now and their heart had been full of evil and enmity. The only thing they wanted to do was to retaliate. And these so-called "patriots" would like to see more and more innocent prisoners going to the guillotine and that's their joy. In everything they did were merciless, for they had been hardened in the fires of suffering and the touch of pity could make no mark on them.

Equality and fairness was what people seek, which led to the French Revolution. As a consequence, neither equality nor fairness was got after the revolution.

However ,the film moved me most is not revolution .nor do equality and fairness but is love, including the love between father and daughter, the love between husband and wife, the love among friends and so on. In short, only if you have love in your heart, the life is meaningful. At the same time, the revenge will run away with you, freedom and happiness will be around you. I never expected that Sydney Carton insteading another person to die is for love, which is the tragedy of the love history. I was heavyhearted when hearing what Sydney Carton said before death and burst into tears finally. Sydney Carton never said “I love you” to the girl ,but he use action to prove his love, he can do everything for the girl ,even to die , which moved all audiences ,including me .
