思念美国父母英语作文【一】
我放下手中的作业，伸了一个懒腰，不经意间向窗外望去。蓦然，一片秋叶飘然落下，才知秋天已至，而你已走远。
我又走上那条熟悉的小路，只是身边没有了你。放眼望去，一排高大的树木已经换上了金装。秋风送走了夏日的炎热，带来了秋天的凉爽。若是以前，我会非常喜欢这个季节的。可是，今年不会。
闭上眼睛，去年这个季节的情景又浮现在我的眼前。一个小女孩在前面蹦着、跳着，有一个熟悉的脚步声在身后传来。不知怎么的，我非常喜欢那个脚步声。忽然间，那个脚步声没有了。我非常惊奇的回过头来看她，她正在闭着眼睛张开双臂尽情的享受着秋风，我嘴角不禁浮起一丝坏笑，一个恶作剧计上心来：“小姑，你看。”你睁开了双眼，迎面而来的却是披头盖脸的一团树叶。“呀，把我的衣服弄脏了，你个臭丫头，看你往哪跑！”我们在树叶飘零中追逐着。
“小姑，我有点冷！”你毫不犹豫的把外套脱给了我。一阵秋风吹来，你感慨地说：“真是‘空山新雨后，天气晚来秋’啊！”“小姑，这诗是什么意思啊？”“长大了你就会知道的”，你说。你背着我，漫步在林荫路上，漫步在夕阳中。我伏在你的背上，惬意极了！
又一阵秋风吹来，仿佛你的手拂过我的脸，急忙睁开眼睛寻找你的影子，眼前是满地落叶，迎面而来的是萧瑟的秋风，却看不到你的影子。就在那个秋天，你随秋风而去了。今年看秋景的只有我一个人。你曾说过：我们每年都会来这看秋景的。可是，你食言了，你知道，这个秋季，我是多么的想念你吗？
秋风乍起，满地落花，夕阳西下……一切是那么的熟悉，一切是那么的美丽。可是，夕阳下只有我一个人的影子，因此，我开始讨厌秋！
漫步之中，思绪很乱，找不到头，摸不到尾，没有起点，没有终点，像一团乱麻。心里只想着远在天堂的小姑，就这样，我独自一人漫无边际的走着......
秋风凉了，很凉，透人心脾。我独自走在那条乡间小径中，抬头仰望天空，为什么？为什么你要在那个秋天离开我？不知不觉，泪如泉涌。我朝着天空大喊：“小姑……”天堂里的你是否听到了我的呼唤！
我不喜欢秋天。特别是今年的秋！

Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.

Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.
I really miss you when I am writing this thank you letter. I can’t wait to go home to share more time together with you.You are my most important people in the world and I will love you forever.
