Recently, there is a popular saying: the world is so large that I want to have a look! As more and more people travel around during their holidays, tourists have brought large sum of money to the local people.
However, too many tourists also bring some problems to the local life. The most serious problem is the pollution caused by the uncivilized tourists. It’s reported that there were thousands of tons of rubbish left after the flag-raising ceremony on Oct. 1st. The uncivilized tourists left their rubbish wherever they go, polluting the local environment. Another problem is the traffic jam caused by so many tourists.
Tourist can promote the economic development of the local areas, but the pollution caused by those uncivilized tourists has brought severe problems. The local tourist authority should set up relative laws to protect the environment of the local areas, and every tourist obey the laws and help to make the places of tourist more beautiful!

文明这个词再也不像以前一样那么干净、那么纯洁了，它像一件穿久了的衣服，已经变得破烂不堪了。
文明这个词在很多场合中都有使用，在公众场合不许大声说话，不随地吐痰，不抽烟，这就是文明；在学校，不打架、不骂人，与同学好好相处，这也是文明；扶老人过马路，弯起腰把垃圾扔进垃圾筒里，这也是一种文明行为。可现在，这样的事情发生在我们身上，我们能做多少。
小时候，父母教育我们要懂事，教我们怎样做人。老师在学校，同样也教育我们。可是随着年龄的增长，这些话已经变成了我们的耳旁风。现在的我们正处在青春期，处在叛逆期，对一些话只是左耳进，右耳出，对一些事只是一个多余的举动，不做便好，如果我们连一个举动都不做的话，文明就离我们更远了。我每次回家，车里都是满满的人，基本上都是学生，上来一位老人在那站着，就是没有一个人能够站起来让让座，要么假装看不见，要么戴上耳机坐在那里听歌，这些人都是高中生，素质就那么差吗？真不明白。
在学校，我们不像在家那样百依百顺了，而像一匹没有缰绳的野马。打架、骂人，对于我们这个年龄的人来说，基本上成了家常便饭。把学校的纪律当成空话，见老师不打招呼，见同学开口就是脏话，同学的书掉在地上，恐怕也懒得弯腰去帮忙捡起来。做一个文明的学生就这么难吗？
我希望每个人都能做一个文明的人，做一个举动能改变一生的人。

说到文明礼仪，我想起了一个故事：有一次我在公交车站等候汽车，天上下着倾盆大雨，车一来，大家都争先恐后地上车，可等来的却是一辆满座的汽车，我只好让给别人先上车;突然，我看到一位抱着婴儿的母亲，被人挤到了一边，那位母亲不小心撞到了一位中学生，这时，中学生说：你撞到我了，连一句道歉的话也没有，真是没修养!还翻了一个白眼给了那位母亲。时间一分一秒地过去了，车上的人也越来越少了，我好不容易才等上了一个座位，看到那位母亲，一直没能坐下，而旁边的人却若无其事，我起来说：阿姨，您请坐吧!谢谢!谢谢!她感激的说，我说：不用谢!这是我应该做的。这时，大家都投来了赞许的目光!
我会坚持礼仪，并用我的行动带动大家、影响大家!

It didn’t surprise me because there is always news about how Chinese tourists impressed the local people by their bad behavior.
They were known as talking loud in the public, being unfriendly to the environment, tipping stingily, and the worst, marking on the historical sites. Every time I heard about these thing I felt so sorry for my country.
China is meant to be a country with an ancient civilization and courtesy people. We are nice to foreigners here and being a good host. I hope every tourist who goes abroad should understand that he/she is on behalf of our country. We have the responsibility to defend the dignity of our country. We should show the world the best of China.
随着经济水平的不断提高，很多人喜欢去国外旅游。但是有份调查显示中国是五个最差游客国家之一，还包括印度、法国、俄国和英国。这份调查并没有让我吃惊，因为一直都有新闻说中国游客的糟糕行为让当地人印象深刻。他们被认为在公众场合大声喧哗、不爱护环境、吝于付小费，更糟糕的是，还在历史古迹上留言。每次我听到这样的消息都为我的国家感到很遗憾。中国理应是个文明古国，人民热情礼貌。我们在国内对外国人都很友好，做一名好主人。我希望每个出国的'人都应该明白我们是代表着自己的国家，我们有责任维护国家的尊严。我们应该像世界展示最好的中国。
