理解与信任不是一句空话，往往会因一个小小的误会会给组织内的成员带来麻烦与困扰，管理者必须关心三方面的关系：管理者和成员个体之间、成员个体和团队整体之间、成员个体之间的关系，任何一条关系都受其他两条关系影响。
三、团队精神建设的方案
(一确立明确的目标。明确具体可行的团队发展发展目标，目标方向越具体，由此激发的团队效力就越大。

(三管理者或管理层的表率作用。
(四激发员工的参与热情。只用员工全方位的参与，把个人命运和团队未来发展绑在一起，员工才会真正关心组织的命运。因此，要建立以人为本的管理机制，不但要落实激励机制，更重要的是人性手段激励员工，如制订夫妻同在组织内服务的激励、关心员工的思想状态及家庭状态等等。
(五保持经常性的沟通，持续有效的双向沟通能使员工知己知彼，动态掌握自己在团体行动中的位置。
(六唤醒危机意识和忧患意识。
通过学习《团队精神》一书，颇有感触，企业在发展过程中的执行、责任、制度、协作等要素，给予了相当深刻的阐述，提出了一些非常鲜明、实用的观点。因此，历史上的成功者，最主要基础，
