英语作文减肥计划【一】
the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

阿姨的肚子圆圆的，手指头圆圆的。每次阿姨试衣服时都愁云满面,她咬牙切齿地说:“我要减肥,一定要! ”她眼睛里闪着坚定的光.
于是,她开始制订她的减肥计划:如果药物减肥的话,肯定有副作用,而且费钱;要是节食的话,那太辛苦了.她思来想去,最后确定了“苹果减肥法”——只吃苹果不吃饭.并马上开始实施这一计划:她买了一大兜苹果,早上她捡了一个又大又红的苹果吃了下去——嗯,挺好吃！即享用了美食又减了肥，她开始为她的这个计划得意了.中午她又吃了一个苹果,不如早上的好吃.下午有点饿,那就再吃一个吧,她感觉到这个苹果又淡又酸.坚持到下班,她无奈地看了看她的高高在上的'六层楼的家,心里发虚,腿上打颤,摇摇晃晃地爬上了楼梯,如同爬了一座喜马拉雅山.推开家门,一阵诱人的香味扑鼻而来——阿夫已经烧好了一桌丰盛的晚餐.阿夫说:“你回来啦,快吃晚饭吧.”阿姨哭丧着脸说:“我不能吃, 我得吃苹果,因为我要减肥.”她左挑右选,捡了一个最小的苹果, 看着它,胃里直泛酸水.拿起来,如有千斤重.阿夫看她这么辛苦,就说:“减肥么,明天开始好了.”阿姨一听这话,立刻俩眼放光,她把苹果一丢说:“对呀,我真笨!为什么不能明天开始呢!”她马上拿起碗,补了今天的饭又预支了明天的饭,然后,她满意地打着饱嗝,开始计划下一步的减肥计划.
直到现在,阿姨还在继续计划和实施她的减肥工程,尽管阿夫说过喜欢她的胖,尽管她的减肥工程每次都以失败而告终.但她爱上了这个工程,孜孜不懈。她开始上网查找漂亮的新衣，甚至和妈妈预约去西湖游玩，她想像着自己穿着漂亮的衣裙的纤巧轻盈的体态，想像着自己穿着长裙在西湖边轻舞飞扬，她开始快乐起来(只要不是在试衣服的时候。

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.
