感一周六陪同孩子观看北京人大附中王金战老师的讲座《怎样让每个孩子都爱上学习》。看到标题我欣喜若狂，虽说女儿学习很用功，但是她对学习本身并不感兴趣，而且有偏科问题，这让我很担心，要知道如果学习没有兴趣的驱动，很难会走得长远。王金战老师是一位充满教育智慧的优秀教育者，听了他的讲座后，我茅塞顿开，不但对读初中的女儿来说是一件幸事，也对我和我的学生有很大帮助。
王老师重点讲了怎样培养孩子的学习兴趣。王老师说：兴趣是学习的第一动力，提高学生各个方面的兴趣，关键看老师。“作为一个老师，一定要加强自身业务修养、职业素养，让自己成为真理的化身，才华横溢，风趣幽默，性格阳光”。我很高兴我的女儿的班主任是一位勤奋、认真、对待育人工作一丝不苟的好老师。同时我也在反省我自己，上课时竟然有学生睡着了(这名学生学习成绩很差。我曾经用过赏识教育法，发掘学生身上的闪光点，去表扬和鼓励，但总是没有坚持下来，学生自然也没有很好地坚持。有时为了准备一节评优课，我上网搜索各种视频、图片等教学资源做成ppt课件，学生在课堂上就像被激活了一样，兴趣盎然，跃跃欲试。由此可见，兴趣是最好的老师。当学生对某件事物怀有特殊爱好时，就会更加关注这样的事物，也会想着主动去完成它，兴趣会使他们乐享其中，乐此不彼。前后对比，我发现自己对教学已经有了惰性，对学生的教育也变得简单。
在今后的实际工作中，我将认真对待学生及家长的态度和做法，针对每个学生的不同特点采用不同的教育方法，通过组织有层次有目标的班会，研究实用高效的教学方法，制作学生喜欢的教学课件，让学生爱上学习。除此之外，我觉得要让孩子爱上学习，首先家长自己要先爱上学习，一个家庭的学习氛围会对孩子起到潜移默化的影响。为了孩子的未来，让我们和孩子一起努力，一起成长吧!

When he failed to heal their disputes by his exhortations, he determined to give them a practical illustration of the evils of disunion; and for this purpose he one day told them to bring him a bundle of sticks. When they had done so, he placed the faggot into the hands of each of them in succession, and ordered them to break it in pieces. They each tried with all their strength, and were not able to do it.
He next unclosed the faggot, and took the sticks separately, one by one, and again put them into their hands, on which they broke them easily. He then
addressed them in these words: "My sons, if you are of one mind, and unite to assist each other, you will be as this faggot, uninjured by all the attempts of your enemies; but if you are divided among yourselves, you will be broken as easily as these sticks."

Dear Zhang Hong,
How is everything with you I hope things are going well.
There is not much news here.I just go to work every morning and come back to my apartment every night.Shanghai is crowded with people,but I don't really know any of them.I don't like the city,but my job is quite interesting,and the pay is quite good.
What are your plans for National Day If you don't have anything special,I hope you can visit Shanghai.Come and share my apartment.It is quite large and it is near the theatres,museums and stores.
Write soon,and say you can spend the holiday here.
