In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

暑假是快乐的，是有趣的，是多姿多彩的，也是俱有“酸甜苦辣”的。在我的暑假里，就有这样一件事。
每年夏天，都是玉米大丰收的时候。今年，我随母亲到外婆家帮忙掰玉米。到了玉米地外，我看见它们一动不动的伫立着；走进它们，你会发现，每个玉米杆上只有一个玉米棒，它们像一群捉迷藏的小孩子，躲在玉米叶里，不时的探出头来，好像窥探着美丽的小乡村。清晨，空气清新，我闹着掰玉米，外婆只好依着我，穿上长衣长裤长袜子，并叫我穿上这一身，我才不穿呢，这么热的天气，穿上这一身，我一定中暑。
外婆说：“地里有虫，会咬人”我只好穿上长衣长裤。我背上背篓，外婆带我来到玉米地里，教我怎样掰。哇！玉米娃娃的衣服可真多，一层又一层，剥完玉米皮，一个金灿灿的玉米娃娃才就露出了脸，玉米粒金黄金黄的，像一颗颗小珍珠，在轻轻一掰，玉米就挣脱掉了它的衣服，被丢进背篓里，我心里挺高兴的。看看外婆，她已经掰完了三个玉米了，看来，我要加油了。
便又开始掰第二个，第三个……掰完第一排，掰第二排。这第二排可没可没第一排这么好掰了。我问外婆这是什么原因，外婆说：“今年的玉米种有的不同，所以刚才那一排要比这一排好掰。”没掰几个，我的手便很疼了，很想放弃，但看看外婆，她的背篓里已经有很多玉米了，但却任然继续掰着，我便又重拾信心。
努力的掰着一个又一个玉米，火辣辣的太阳从山后升了起来，我满头大汗，手背被虫子咬得通红，手心也被累红了。一直到中午，我才和外婆背着满背篓的玉米回家，可玉米很重，我只能背五六个，所以只有分批背，背起我的小背篓，来回四五次。回到家时，我手痛，肩痛，还很热，立刻洗把脸，跑到电风扇面前去和电风扇打交道了。外婆呢，则到厨房去做菜了。
妈妈告诉我，她小时候，每天走几十里路上学回家，一回到家，就放下书包，和姐姐们去割兔儿草，一直到黄昏才回家，回到家，就帮外婆去烧火做饭。一到夏天，也是帮着外婆掰玉米，虫子咬得痛，也没办法，再热再累也得干，那时候还没有电风扇吹。不一会儿，热腾腾的玉米煮好了，我吃着自己掰的玉米，心里美滋滋的，尽管很累，很辛苦，但也很快乐。
我原以为干农活很简单，但干起来觉得并不容易，这次来外婆家帮外婆掰玉米，体会很深，我亲身体验了一次劳动，才真正感受到了“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”诗句的含义。
每粒粮食都来之不易。这使我想到了我自己，我经常都浪费粮食，不爱惜粮食，我真是惭愧，现在才知道粮食的来之不易，今后，我要珍惜每粒粮食，珍惜一切劳动果食，不能浪费，不能破坏，对公共财物也要珍爱，这就是我这次劳动的收获。

特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。
?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼死后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。
哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!
