我是一个六年级的小学生，大家可能认为我不懂，其实我非常清楚。我每天在学校，无论是什么时候，都能听到关于此类的话题，比如，**对**说：喂，你知道吗，张三喜欢李四哦！在我的耳边，这种话此起彼伏。
对于此，要想有效的防止，必须家长。老师互相配合。
我认为：
首先，家长要向孩子灌输一些思想理念（最好是用书信的方式进行对话，以维护孩子的自尊心），让孩子知道1，现在不应该谈恋爱2，如果谈了会造成什么样的后果3还可以让孩子知道父母为了他多么辛苦。家长在向孩子灌输一些思想理念时，一定要强压怒火，不打骂，要平和的说，要让孩子明白家长这么做是为了自己好，让孩子从心底对父母心存感激，他才会认真的听从父母的劝解。
在老师方面，老师也应当实行理性教育，如果“体罚”，不仅不会有任何效果，反而会促使孩子进异步迷恋。
总而言之，父母的工作最重要。

试想，那些本来成绩一般般却痴迷于游戏的学生，他们放下手中的电子游戏，用来学习，那他们的成绩会有多大的进步啊。没错，适当的游戏是可以令人放松，但又有多少人能真正做到“适当”的游戏呢？
那么，游戏究竟是如何让人成瘾？游戏过程中玩家能够获得心理回报，了解游戏中的成就。游戏也能够令玩家找到归属感和认同感，他会把你真正的送入那个“无与伦比”“伟大”的世界。上瘾者会对这种回报和归属感和认同过分需求。从而造成负面影响。游戏能在短时间内带来回报，而学习与工作则需要长时期才能带来回报。
电子游戏带给我们的是表面喜悦和激动，但它背后隐含的则是沉迷与消极。没有人不喜欢游戏，但真正能做到自律的却很少，所以作为一名青少年我们还是远离游戏的好。
