最近，我看了一本书《带着微笑和快乐去工作》，给我带来很大的启发。
翻开这本书，首先映入眼帘的是这样一段话：“微笑是一种共通的语言，它没有国界、宗教、种族的隔膜，人人皆会、皆懂；微笑是一份最好的礼物，虽价值连城，却不花费一分钱，它使赠送的人心情愉悦，同时使接受的人变得富有；微笑是人际交往中最好的名片，它能够缩短人与人之间的距离，化解令人尴尬的僵局，沟通彼此的心灵，使人产生安全感、亲切感、愉快感。”
作为客服人员，虽然客户看不见我们，但是客户会通过声音来判断我们对他的态度，这就要求我们在接听电话时要始终保持微笑，这样发出的声音才会更有亲和力，也能让客户感觉到我们对他的尊重。这就是我们常说的“用声音传递微笑，用心灵沟通。”通过这么长时间的工作，我也深刻的`认识到微笑特有的魅力，也意识到微笑是提高个人竞争力的有力武器，是我们每个客服人员必备的职业素质。
通过读《带着微笑和快乐去工作》，我觉得在工作中还要摆正心态。干一行，爱一行，这是必要条件。作为客服人员，在每天的日常工作中偶尔遇到那些态度不是很好的客户是很正常的事，我们也不可能期望每一个客户都那么友善，如果遇到这样的客户，我们要做到坦然接受，并让微笑成为工作中的润滑剂。
一位哲人曾说：“拥有了微笑，就同样拥有成功。”因此在工作中，要用微笑去工作，笑对人生，笑对一切，把那些困难事、烦心事、不愉快的事，都用一颗快乐的心去化解。要坦然地去面对工作中的得与失，成与败，做最好的自己。

It has been two weeks since I last wrote to you. I am so sorry that I dont write you very often.
However, I have been busy with my preparation
for the final exams. As you know, Im coming home on Jan.14th. But before that, I have to take the final exams for all six classes Im taking this semester. Recently I have been in and out of the library a lot to do some research on the term paper for one of the classes. Most professors gave out the review problems already so that the students can study for the final. I think Im doing okay studying for the final.
Besides reviewing materials, Im also planning to host the New Year party of my department. You know there are so many talented people in my Communications major, but they picked me to host the party! Great, isnt it?

你的工作还顺利吧？外婆已经迁居城镇，你的子女也在用功读书，你不必为他们担心。今天我给你介绍一下我们家乡发生的变化。
自从您远走他乡后，家乡发生了很大的变化，其中最突出的要算飞龙吉祥街了。它与岳武路相连，是用水泥铺成的街道，一尘不染，来往的车辆很多，它们只能慢慢地从这儿驶过。街道两旁都有一条窄窄的排水道，它默默地躺在那里，把人们生活中的水从内部的隧道排向远方，而不感到肮脏。人行道上更是一片繁忙的景象，老人、青年、小孩络绎不绝地从这儿走过，像一条川流不息的小溪。人行道靠外的地方，种着一排整齐的小树，它们的叶子吸收人们呼出的二氧化碳气，通过光合作用而释放出人们必不可少的生命之源-------氧气，他们每时每刻都在工作着，使街道空气清鲜，令人心旷神怡。再后面便是一排排矗立着的居民大楼，上面贴着花花绿绿的瓷砖，在阳光的照耀下，反射出刺眼的光芒。住房下面就是门市部了，门市部里买货的人来人往，生意红红火火。街道上，车水马龙，因此，这里成了家乡主要的交通要道。这条街道使家乡面貌焕然一新，人们还给它取了一个好听的'名字---------吉祥街。
几天前，我路过“宏伟大厦”时，发现那里的大抽水机“隆隆”地响着，把一池塘里的污水抽进排水道里，喷出的水流有力地落在地上，溅起一片水雾，像一个大瀑布。当水抽干不久，推士机也来了，它把这里夷为平地。一打听，才知道要修车站。此时，我突然萌发了一种感想：如果在车站周围种上树，那在路途上感到恶心而想呕吐的乘客，一下车不就能呼吸到新鲜空气了吗？种上树既美化了环境，又能保证汽车尾部排出的气不使空气受污染，况且“植树造林，保护环境”是我们每个人的责任。舅舅，你说对吗？
好了，我今天只谈这一些，还有许多许多，下次再谈。

I am very happy at my new shool.
