有一次，徐老师提了一个问题，让我们回答。问题很简单，我琢磨了一下，想出了答案，环顾四周，班级里悄然无声，连一根绣花针掉在地上都能听见，我的心里不免胆怯了，要是回答错了，那可丢人丢大了！这可咋办呢?正当我左右为难的'时候，徐老师的声音传来：“回答错了没关系，只要回答了，就是好的！”我抬头望了一眼徐老师，徐老师满脸希望的望着我们，过了一会儿，徐老师伤心的叹了一口气，正准备公布答案之时，我情不自禁的举起了手，“好！张宇！”我站了起来，说出了心里的答案，“答得很好，请坐！”徐老师用赞许的目光看着我，我就像中了大奖似的，被人欣赏的心恨不得从嘴里飞出来，久久不能平静。
徐老师奖罚分明，很公正。每当我们表现好，徐老师总会来个小奖励：时而看“四大名著”的电视剧；时而放点优美的音乐给我们听；时而奖励一些“魔豆”；有时候一高兴，还会有“无作业日”呢！当然有时候我们有点调皮了，徐老师就板着脸，“苦口婆心”地教育我们，每次我们“改邪归正'后，徐老师就爽朗一笑，很开心。

She comes to our class to learn Chinese and English with me in my class. This afternoon, when it was art and craft class, our class were cleaning the gymnasium. And she did it with us too. So I usually talk to her when she doesn’t know what to do? But when the class is over, I always haven’t got enough time to talk to her. And I usually can’t find her. So we don’t have time to introduce to each other. But it is the first time that I have a foreign student. So I’m very happy! 寒冷的'冬天在迫近，而我们的晚自习时间也延长了。时间表改变的第一天晚上，我心头特焦虑，之前也忘记告诉您这件事。重要的是天那么晚，我一个人回家，是一件多么恐怖的事。眼看着就要到9点半了，我放下手中的笔，心里更不安。
