延长油田经历了百年的发展，创造了不少辉煌，但是也积弊频现，结构性矛盾突出。
延长油田是否能再铸就百年辉煌?是否能原油稳产千万吨20年?是否能养活油田职工子子辈辈?我们必须正视这些问题，不要重蹈玉门油田、华北油田、中原油田由盛而衰的覆辙，不要像他们一样因油而兴，因油而废。
延长石油在2013年年底累积探明含油面积4791Km2，储量23.1亿吨，目前已动用6347 Km2，储量25.6亿吨，动用储量大于探明储量，并且油田地处鄂尔多斯盆地东部，远离生油中心，地层贮油能力差，油层渗透率低，并且随着逐渐进入开采后期，油层条件恶化，注水水源不足，旧井挖潜方式单一，并且我们靠打新井的方式弥补递减和压裂来增效，从长远发展这些都难以为继，这些都给我们原油产量的稳产带来了较大的难题。延长石油虽然为年产千万吨大油田，但是与国内其它油田仍然有不小的差距，勘探开采技术的落后，管理的滞后，都给我们再铸百年延长带来了严峻的考验。
面对当前的形势，我们必须转变思路，走转型发展之路。以“党建文化管理工程”为抓手，深入践行 “关爱员工、呵护油井、发展延长、奉献社会”的思路，不断提升企业的软实力和巧实力。延长油田永宁采油厂双河东区采油大队采油5区队，在油田“党建文化管理工程”的带动下，工人精心呵护老油井，多次钻研技术，自行研究出了呵护油井的三件宝：1、偏斜式光杆密封器，解决了井口漏油的问题;2、丝杆护套解决了丝杆风吹雨淋、润滑油变质、阀门开关不灵活的问题;3、压力表护套，解决了冬天压力表冻结，出现假数据的问题。这呵护油井的“三件宝”，不但节约了成本，也提高了设备的运行率，为延长油田的稳产提供了保障。
永宁采油厂的呵护油井“三件宝”值得我们学习，同时也激励着广大延长石油儿女呵护油井的决心和信心。我作为基层采油厂的副大队长，必将在“党建文化管理工程”的引领下，把呵护油井落到实处，从身边的点滴做起。
所谓“人无远虑，必有近忧”，只有我们延长儿女把企业当作自己的家来对待，把油井当作自己的孩子来呵护，尽职尽责，做好本职工作，从点滴做起， 我们延长石油人也必将重塑油田儿女敢于担当，勇往直前的新时代精神，以饱满的信心，继承和发扬埋头苦***优良传统，走出科学发展的延长之路，续写延长油田百年新辉煌。

On the whole, I prefer to to travel on my own, which is more convenient, unconstrained and cheaper.
总的来看，我更喜欢自己去旅游，它更方便，更自由，更便宜。
