今年暑假，国家出台了“双减”政策，家庭、教育界乃至整个社会反响都很大，“双减”政策无疑是学生们的福音。
“双减”政策是什么意思呢？义务教育的`双减是减轻学生的学习负担，减轻学生的作业量，还有多点课余时间去发展学生的综合素质。现在校外各类学科类培训机构均占用了学生们法定的节假日、休息日以及寒暑假时间进行培训补课，让学生们根本没有多余的时间去提升自身的综合能力。在中小学阶段，孩子的全面发展特别重要。不能把所有的精力都用在学科类的学习上，到了大学或者出到社会，工作中除了专业的知识，还需要其它很多能力，比如：当众讲话的能力、团队协作的能力、与工作关系看似不大的技能和才艺，少了这些能力，就只能做一个完成基本工作的底层员工。
在实际生活中，“双减”政策对我个人而言，其实没什么影响，因为我到目前为止，没有去报读过校外培训班。我会尽量利用课余时间做我自己喜欢的事情，而且学校的作业量并不多，完全不需要以减少作业量来达到“双减”。只有做了适当的练习作业，才能知道自己对知识的掌握程度。
在社会上存在一些校外培训机构，最初可能是以教育为本，而随着时间演变，它们打着各种旗号、变着花样去大量招生，慢慢变成了以营利为目的。因此，国家才及时出台了“双减”等一系列的政策来约束他们。
总之，作为义务阶段的学生要明白，“双减”这个政策绝对不是让我们不写作业、不学习、只顾玩乐，而是让我们把握好在学校学习的每一分每一秒，好好学习，努力进取，在相同的时间内做更有意义、更有价值的事情。

Tonight I watched the movie for the third time. I really enjoy this film so much.
So what＇s your choice between being a common person or a hero with people＇s reects? Most people will choose the latter. But what will be your choice if the cost is laying your lover among the risks? But finally he still chose the latter, not in order to be a hero, but to make this word peaceful.

Lord knows kids like Henry need hero courageous, sacrificing for people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People enthrone them, cheer them, scream their names and years later they will tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse the one who taught them to hold on to stand longer. I believe there is a hero in all of us. They keep us be honest, give us strength, make us noble, and finally allow us to die with proud. Ever though sometimes we have to initiatively give up the thing we want most, even our dreams. Spider man did that for Henry, so he wants to know where he is gone. He needs him.

教育，是一个竞争的关系。
无论过去和现在还是未来，能力强的人，智慧的人，都会让孩子处于竞争的前列，脱颖而出。反之，孩子依然落后。外部因素的改变，比如双减，对教育竞争的影响微乎其微。因为，大家都知道这个信息，智慧的人，会及时调整，做出优化。反之，缺乏教育思维的家长，过去也无力做出正确的选择，现在也同样如此。因此，我们要谈的是，如何智慧的人，从不懂教育到懂教育，才是关键。
根本点，教育思路，从没有改变，毕竟是语文，数学，英语的分数摆在哪里。谁能让孩子轻松优秀，谁就是智慧的家长。过去，能让孩子轻松学习的家长，他们现在也能做到。过去做不到的，现在也做不到。和减负并没有太大关系。
首先，教育决定因素在于小学一年级，二年级的学习能力培养有关
太多太多父母纠结在钱上面。想省钱，在初中的时候再花钱。其实，学习能力只能在小学一年级，二年级才能拥有。(比如数学的计算能力，思维能力，语文英语的记忆能力，背诵能力，都是一年级，二年级缔造。三年级后，孩子心性定了下来，贪玩，偷懒将定性，很难改变。同时学习成绩不好，将让孩子认为自己不是读书的料，不管怎么努力都没有别人好。不自信，不认真学习的心态就形成，后期很难改变。拿着钱，准备投资初中，是何等的不智慧。
上述教育理念，并不是双减导致，和双减无关。却决定了孩子的未来。
其次，教育和家庭政治有关
往往家庭中，大多听到的就是钱。用钱来绑架教育智慧。这个家庭的教育，就会是最差的。
但，能谈钱的.人，都是家庭政治地位高的人。
教育的方向盘，到底掌握在有钱，有地位的人手中，还是要掌握在每天研究教育的人手中呢?往往现实是掌握在谈钱的人手中。不谈教育的人，不面对教育的人，是教育不合格的人。
所以，家庭地位高的人，要好好想一下，谈钱对教育没有什么帮助的。别因为家庭地位，而用钱去绑架，对孩子来说是毁灭性的。
教育的成功，是家庭政治地位所决定。因为，那是掌握方向盘的人，很轻松的就可以控制一个家的走向。其中包括教育。放弃钱，就是放弃地位，极少人能真正走出来。
如果能了解以上两点，并努力追求。家庭教育，虽然不能百分百成功，但也能鹤立鸡群。
双减，依然对智慧的父母，没有什么关系。
但，双减，却对很多不懂教育的真谛的父母，是一场灾难。会让孩子更差。
因为，上述说的，决定一切的，就在一年级和二年级。是培养能力的最后两年。
因为，能力培养，随着孩子长大，是越来越难。那些不自信，贪玩，不认真的孩子将在三年级后，越来越问题大，能力培养越来越难了。
能力决定未来。如果你真的明白。

One day, Li Bai goes on abroad. He is about to sail when there’s stamping and singing on shore.
Oh! Here comes Wang Lun to see him off, who is Li Bai’s best friend. Li Bai is very excited to see his best friend at this leaving moment. But he is sad, either. So he can’t say a simple sentence. He knows that words can’t express their friendship. Although the Peach Blossom Pool is one thousand feet deep, it can’t match Wang Lun’s love for him.
