我只听白主任在广播里说道：“请崔校长打响第一枪。”我听了，赶紧往跑到哪里望去，可只看到了运动员，只听“砰”的一声，运动员们像百米冲刺一样冲了出去，别的班都呐喊助威，我们班却在一旁看，因为那是六年级的比塞，终于到我们五年级的了，只见我们班的游奕林也跑了出去，他前面的头发全都飞起来了，满脸通红，头仰起来了，快到终点了，再加把劲。“跑了个第二名，也不错。”我想。女子的，宋懿龄也跑了个第二。
那么到了接力，第一棒是游奕林，第二棒是张浩......我们班好像跑了前三名，但女子的，因为孙越、吴雪萍、吴芷婷的原因我们班最后，但宋懿龄在危急时刻超过了前面的人，所以第四。
我们班虽然只得了一块金牌，但我从中知道了：团结就是力量。

看着赛场上激烈的竞争，我有多少感触萦绕心头。我深深懂得学校举办运动会是为了让同学们有一个展示自己的平台，看看自己的真实水平，当然“友谊第一，比赛第二。”(我感觉同时也体现了同学们坚强不屈、团结友爱、努力拼搏的精神。这次运动会不仅让同学们拥有更健康的体魄，更重要的是让我们体会到一种拼搏向上、永不言败、团结一致的精神。
运动会结束了，我从中汲取到了一种努力拼搏、奋发向上、永不言败的精神。我也要把把这种精神运用到我的生活和学习中去，使自己进步。是啊，人需要的就是一种精神！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

在3月15至17日，我有幸观看了在十一中举办的南岸区中小学生运动会。我的女儿黄喻婷参加了4×300米和4×100米接力比赛，均获得团体第一名；她在100米和200米的单项比赛中，也分别获得笫三名和第四名的好成绩。黄喻婷能够取得好成绩离不开学校领导的关心帮助和亲临指导，离不开班主任刘汉兵老师的谆谆教导，离不开体育老师胡明云的严格要求和手把手的指导。
从三年级开始，胡老师在训练中就严格的要求黄喻婷，每天早上7：30开始进行基本训练半小时，下午放学后常规训练一小时，当时，黄喻婷思想懈怠，想打退堂鼓，胡老师便多次与她谈心、与我们沟通，让她得以重回训练场。特别是赛前一个月的集训，要围绕操场跑10圈训练耐力，之后，还要在规定的时间内跑完400米加速，黄喻婷再次想退缩。胡老师及时鼓励她说：现在苦一点、咬紧牙关，想想赛场上第一个冲到终点时大家的掌声和欢呼声，一切付出都是值得的。还有，在接力训练中，黄喻婷交接棒的动作不规范，胡老师一遍又一遍的做示范，一次又一次的让黄喻婷重复训练多次，直到满意。

昨天刚进行了激烈的比赛，今天又要举行跑步比赛，我的腿呀！真是“举步维艰”，要知道，跑步可是我的一大强项啊！唉！不管了，为了咱班的第一，我豁出去了！
即将要举行的是迎面接力，老师让我们排好队，准备出发。我这下可慌了神，要知道，如果掉棒了，可要被其他队员“唾弃而死”！好在，老师噶苏了我们接棒的方法，我的心里也不那么紧张了。可还是觉得有一只小兔兔在我心中蹦来蹦去。
