My father is a policeman. He is tall and strong. He looks very cool in the black police uniform. He works in the police station and he is very busy every day. He likes helping people. So he often goes everywhere by his motor cycle. When he sees the people in the trouble, he will try his best to help the people. He is a good policeman. And many people like him very much, too. They often say: “MR Li, you are a good policeman. We like you very much.” But my father always has a point: Helping people is his duty.
My father likes reading books very much. Because he thinks: A good book is a good friend. So he reads books after work every day. Sometimes he plays games with me. We are very happy. I like him very much, because my father is not only my father, but also my good friend.

我的妈妈是一名初中老师，她对工作很认真。有一次，妈妈班里有个学生没来上课，妈妈就抓紧给他家里打电话，可是电话总也打不通，于是放学后，妈妈接了我，家也顾不上回，驮着我直接去了学生家里，那个学生的家好远，我的妈妈边打听边找，终于找到了他家。和他家长取得了联系，妈妈这才放心，原来是他生病了。
回来的路上，我对妈妈说，你对你的学生真好。妈妈说：我是老师，学生家长把孩子交到我手中，我一定要对学生负责，你们的老师也是这样做的吧!我说是呀，我们老师平时也是这样关心我们的。我们老师多辛苦呀!妈妈又说，以后你要好好学习，要听老师的话,不能给老师添麻烦。我相信所有的老师都像我妈妈一样勇于承担自己的责任。
我的爸爸是一位医务工作者。他在医院负责医药费的.报销。虽然没有直接参与抢救病人，但是他为病人家庭经济问题解决了很多的后顾之忧。有时我会问爸爸，你要是当一名医生该多好呀!爸爸说，任何工作都需要有人在做，我在这个工作岗位上也能帮助病人。爸爸非常热爱自己的工作爸爸每天按时上班，在工作岗位上认真负责，不出一点差错。
在我们的家庭中，我要向爸爸妈妈学习，从小事做起。比如主动帮父母做家务，刷锅刷碗，扫地擦桌子。自己的房间更是主动打扫。
我要向我的爸爸妈妈学习，学习他们爱岗敬业的精神。要做一个遵守纪律，诚信文明，有理想、有责任感的人。长大了为国家作出更大的贡献。

他长着一对明亮的大眼睛，身材微胖，他就是我的榜样小徐同学。
每周五，我们班的座位都会来一次“大翻转”，最前面的去往最后面，最后面的去往最前面。我们组的小军同学已经在前面坐了一周，将要与后面的小徐调换。
“我该怎么办啊!到了后面我可就什么也看不见了!”
小军一边踱步一边喊道，只见他眼睛里充满无奈，眼角上还挂着泪珠，眉头紧紧地绕在一起，嘴角几乎下垂到了下巴上。
这时，一个声音立刻答道：
“那我来跟你换吧!”
这是谁?谁不想挨着黑板近些?可这声音的主人似乎毫不犹豫，就像不是要往后换，而是要往前换一样!我带着心中的疑问，转过身去。
竟然是小徐同学!他不是曾说过再也不想呆在后面了吗?可他却为了同学放弃了这次调换机会!我能做到吗?我不敢说。
就这样，小徐同学成为了我们组的一员。
这周该我们组搬饭桶了。必竟小徐已经在他原来的组搬过一次饭桶了，我不禁怀疑：他会让小军来承担这个责任吗?事实证明，他不会的。
“你先去选一个轻的桶吧!重的我搬!”
小徐微笑着冲我说道，然后又忙活起来。
我搬完后，他立马来搬剩下的桶了。那是一个汤桶，没喝完的汤还在那里面盛得满满的，得有好几斤重。
小徐把手放在桶的把手上，微微下蹲，又慢慢站直，他的手臂抖着，沉重的汤桶随之拔地而起。因为桶太沉了，他的身体一边高、一边低，走起来也踉踉跄跄，不停换手，走的路线也成了一个大大的“S”……
搬完桶，他又来搬箱子。箱子也是十分沉的，里面装满了铁质的餐盘，只听他说道：
“你回去吧，我一个人搬就行。”
随即弯着背，用手心顶着箱子的棱，往前推了起来，他吃力的背影，在我的视线里慢慢远去。
榜样像一颗星星，永远在头顶高悬;榜样像一座灯塔，指引着我向前。小徐同学就是我的榜样。他无私奉献的背影，将在我心中永不消散。
