随着科学技术的进步，互联网的发展速度越来越快，网上的信息也越来越丰富。对于上网的态度我是既赞成上网又反对上网。我赞成上网的原因是因为网上的资源很丰富我们可以利用网络找到与我们学习工作相关的资料，还可以在网上进行购物、看电影、听歌等等，为我们的生活带来无穷的快乐。
记得有一次我拿着刚刚买的电脑学习机，想去下载一些资料，于是，我拿着学习机来到舅舅家里用舅舅的电脑通过互联网从网站上下载到了我要下载的资料。听舅舅说他用QQ在网上结交了很多网友。
我反对上网的原因是因为现在互联网上的信息很丰富也很复杂，有许多的不良信息，而我们大部分是未成年人，很容易受到那些不良信息的诱惑，所以我们在上网的时候应该加强自己的自律能力，不要浏览不健康的网站!
网络是把双刃剑，我们应该利用它有利的一面，避免它不利的一面。让互联网为我们的学习和生活服务，使我们的学习和生活变得更加精彩!

游泳既能锻炼身体，又是一种实用的技能，我非常喜欢游泳，也爱上了游泳这项运动。
在小学三年级的时候，作为一项课程，学校组织我们每周上一次游泳课。教练把我们带到浅水区，当时我还不敢游，担心会呛到水，一下水就乱划乱摆，动作要点全部忘光，经过教练的指导，我渐渐掌握了技巧，并且一点点学会了闭气、打水、蛙泳、自由泳。
今年暑假，我和姨父经常去五台山游泳。姨父教会了我换气的技巧，很快我就可以向深水区进发了。开始时，我只能游一个来回，后来我一口气就可以有五个来回了。
现在，我每次来到游泳馆，我就会迫不及待地换上泳衣，戴上泳帽、泳镜冲向泳池。当我把身体浸泡在水中时，我的全身都感觉很温暖，我伸展四肢面朝泳池底漂浮在水面上，这种姿势让我感觉很轻松，很舒适。然后我就会像一只欢腾的小狗一样，在泳池里扑腾来扑腾去，在水里玩得不亦乐乎，尽情享受着游泳的欢乐。
每次一进入泳池里，我就感觉自己像一条活泼欢快的小鱼，在水中自由自在地游来游去。游泳的感觉真好啊！
