五台的豆腐特别好吃。
我最喜欢的食物是豆腐。一个普普通通的豆腐，虽然比不上定襄的蒸肉，神池的月饼，但我最喜欢的还了自己家乡的特色。
豆腐是用豆子做的。做豆腐关键是选好豆子。我每回村子里都会精心地给豆子松土，浇水。因为没有它，就没有美味的豆腐。妈妈每次买回豆腐，都会给我做好几样食品，什么炸豆腐哇什么烤豆腐什么葱炒豆腐，拌豆腐种类多多，也十分好吃。
最好吃的那要数豆腐丸子了，它是五台特产。做的方法非常简单：豆腐加上花椒、大料、盐等然后做成腐丸子，放在油锅里炸，过不了多久香喷喷的豆腐丸子就出炉了，远远地，就闻到一个扑鼻而来。我闻着香味而来，看到了热腾腾的腐丸子，抓起就水流进了嘴里，入口脆而酥，满嘴流油。
我念小学的时候全家都到了忻州，我在家楼底下有一家专门卖豆腐店，经常回家都会买一块豆腐，妈妈给我做了豆腐，可味道十分难吃。我抱怨道怎么这么难吃？还是很怀念家乡的豆腐。
于是，我又想起了故乡童年时代的剥豆乐，还有那可口的豆腐。

我喜欢吃的食物有很多，比如牛肉炖土豆、鱼香肉丝、还有麻辣鸡翅，但是我最喜欢吃的还是妈妈做的香辣肉条。
香辣肉条长长的，而且非常有嚼劲，但是它最独特的地方就是非常辣，每次吃的时候我都会辣出眼泪。
一天，我放学回家刚进屋，就有一种奇异的香味扑鼻而来，我立刻脱掉鞋子走进厨房，哇塞！是我最喜欢吃的香辣肉条，而且还是热乎的呢。我手都来不及洗，拿起一根辣条上去就是一口，啊呜，太好吃了，真是色香味俱全呀！我立刻放下书包去洗手，然后就是大快朵颐，哇！太好吃了！香辣肉条的表面呈棕色，虽然这次没有像往常一样放芝麻，但我还是很喜欢吃。
香辣肉条做的时候火一定不能太大，也不能太小，火候要中等，这样做出来的肉条才好吃。当那又香又辣的肉条一进入嘴巴，那可真是满口生津，齿颊留香，只要你吃上一小口，就会忍不住吃第二口，第三口……让你永远不想停下来，香辣肉条跟我在北京吃的小吃很有一拼。

During the first three years of junior school ,we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June, everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing , harder and harder texts , terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ,always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.
But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest, and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning, my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship, both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way, I like that kind of life, as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.
Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th, 2003, for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me, so did my Chinese teacher. I should say, all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill, they never left us one day .
The last and greatest challenge was of course the final exam, also my high school entrance exam. I felt very well and comfortable except my chemistryphysics exams. The result proved that I couldn’t have done worse in them. But in total, my mark is O.K. So then I became a student in the best high school of Hubei Province.
We, teachers and students, got together in East Lake Hotel on June 4th, 2003. At the moment of saying goodbye, I felt that my time of junior had gone ,and my senior time was coming .
Today, I looked at my graduate photos again ,and ,I smiled .
He once hesitated ,struggled, feared and doubted, like an ordinary man would do. But he just "stays at the door of fate", as the name of his newly-written book says, and waits till the door opens instead of leaving during the half way. Then there comes a wholly new world where the beautiful dream lies .

每年的大年初一，我们家都要吃汤圆。作为土生土长的上海浦东人，爷爷奶奶每次都是从揉粉，拌馅儿开始亲手制作汤圆。我从小就会跟着二老捏汤圆，所以，汤圆也就成了我最爱的美食。
年初一早上，爷爷拿出两袋水磨粉倒入揉面的大盘子里，再在雪山顶倒上前晚煮好的糯米粥，然后把它们慢慢和在一起。等面团成形，我就开始和爷爷一起揉面团。我学着爷爷的样，用手掌左翻翻、右揉揉，再按压几下等面团被揉得表面光滑，就揉好了，接着便是包汤圆。
爷爷让我把面团搓成长条后，就把它揪成了一个个小团子，我们把小团子搓成小圆球，在顶端戳一个坑，沿着这个坑慢慢把圆球捏成一个小碗，当中填馅儿。爷爷奶奶每次都会准备好几种馅料：豆沙的、枣子的、荠菜猪肉的、还有萝卜猪肉的填入馅儿，再把碗口捏合起来。最后把汤圆按照不同馅料搓成不同形状，汤圆就包好了。它们有水滴形的，椭圆形的，圆形的还有拇指盖大小的汤圆，这些都是我的特制版汤圆哦！
煮上一大锅水，等水烧开后，汤圆们就被奶奶倒入了锅里。我等在煤气灶边，不时看看锅。奶奶笑眯眯地说：等水滚三次，汤圆浮起来，再闷一下就可以吃了。小馋猫别急啊！在焦急地等待中，汤圆终于出锅上桌了。我迫不及待地拿起汤勺舀起一个圆形汤圆，先小小地咬一口汤圆皮，软软糯糯黏黏的，再吃一口馅儿，啊，是荠菜肉的，好鲜啊！我眯着眼睛享受着，又吃个水滴形的，是豆沙的，好甜啊！真令人陶醉。
和爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、妈妈一起吃汤圆，一边在心里祈愿着来年顺顺利利、圆圆满满。这就是我最喜欢的食物代表着幸福团圆的新年手工汤圆！

我最喜欢的休闲食物是奶茶和小甜饼。
我最喜欢喝那种叫“燕麦”的奶茶。那种奶茶清香可口，甜甜的，可以让你忘掉一切烦恼。总是让你仍不住喝第二口。那种叫“豆丁”的奶茶也很好喝，里面有可吃的豆珠，吧唧吧唧，好吃的很。
我喜欢吃粽子，因为吃粽子有很多好处：包粽子的苇叶及荷叶均是清热解暑的良药，就连糯米在中医里也具有益气生津、清热的药效。中医认为，端午节后，便进入了夏季最热的月份。由于苦夏难耐，人们普遍会有上火、中暑现象发生，而此时常吃粽子，确实是药食同源的解暑良“药”。而且枣味甘性温，有补中益气、养血安神的功效，栗子具有补气健脾、益肾的功效，对人体有好处。
但是以糯米做主料的粽子不宜消化，过食会因伤脾胃而引起腹胀、腹泻等症状，因此，老人、孩童及消化功能差的人群不可贪吃，因遵循“少食多餐”的原则。

说起中国各地的风味小吃，那可是数不胜数，北京的烤鸭、天津的狗不理、包子四川的火锅，都让人馋涎欲滴。但我最喜欢的还是我的家乡陕西宝鸡的特色小吃――凉皮。
那洁白如玉，晶莹透剔的一条条带子，放上绿生生的黄瓜丝，倒上香喷喷的芝麻酱，泼上红灿灿的辣椒油，捏上几块面筋加上黄滋滋的姜水，不管在什么时候吃上一口，都简直是人间美味。
每次上街都忍不住吃一碗凉皮，特别是在骄阳似火的夏天，吃上一碗凉皮简直无与伦比。走到街上随处可见卖凉皮的，凉皮摊位一般不算大，几张桌子加几张椅子外加一个简单的灶炉。摊主热情的请你就坐，麻利的往碗里放一点绿豆芽和黄瓜丝，再把一片凉皮切成段放进去，最后加上姜水、香醋和辣椒油。等不了几分钟凉皮就端上来了。
家乡的凉皮，吃着美、闻着香，既有凉的，还有热的。凉皮老少皆宜，如果你尝过了一定忘不了，如果你还没吃过一定去品尝一下，一定会让你流连忘返。

Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.
