幸福在于知足英语作文【一】
我过去工作压力大，患上神经衰弱，失眠，睡眠一直不好，安定、利眠宁、养血安神糖浆吃了不少，靠药物依赖的日子不好过，身心疲惫，感觉痛苦。从上20世纪80年代以来，每天仅能睡4个小时左右，因长时间睡眠不足，白天恍惚、精神倦怠，晚上头昏脑胀。天天游泳一段时间后，睡眠逐渐得到改善，能睡到7个小时左右。
过去，我患有慢性鼻炎，伤风感冒后加重，天天游泳后，抗寒能力强了，增加了抵抗力，感冒少了，鼻炎症状减轻啦。配合每年冬季接种季节性流感疫苗，5年注射一针23价肺炎多糖疫苗，增强呼吸系统的免疫力，减少呼吸系统疾病的发生。
前几年，我每天只能游5百米左右。如今，我在游的过程中，感到体质好多了，手脚灵活，浑身长力气了。现在，游过一千米轻松自如。
总结一下，天天游泳30年，对我锻炼意志、增强体质、改善身心状况大有裨益。
意志坚忍坚持冬泳，每次游泳时间控制在30分钟之内，下水前装备跟屁虫、泳镜、泳裤不可少，安全游泳要记住。游泳锻炼身体，身体素质增强。使我真正到了生命在于运动的道理，也体会到了人生的一大乐趣。

大家知道生命是怎么来的吗?对了，是爸爸妈妈给我们的。所以，我感谢我的爸爸妈妈，给了我生命，我才有机会，领略这五彩缤纷的世界。
在学校的时候，同学和我一起快快乐乐的玩耍，那种感觉真幸福，我知道了：友情，是多么重要啊!分别后，那种和同学分别的难以割舍的感觉，直触人心。让我知道了：朋友，是最重要的。和朋友分别的感觉是多么伤心。

在家里的时候，家人都很关心我，我感到很幸福。妈妈每天早早的'起床，帮我做饭，让我很感动!爸爸每天早上送我去学校，现在是冬天了，每天都冷的很，双手还要骑车，真难受，双手冷的像冰!
这又让我觉得爸爸妈妈给我这条生命，是多么美好，多么幸福。我又懂得了：在家里，有亲人的关心，是最幸福，快乐的。
我是个乐于助人的小女孩，我喜欢帮助别人，这样，让我感觉很快乐。有一次，我们回家的时候，看见学校沙滩那边，有个小弟弟在那里，好像在哭似的。我们快速的跑过去，说：小弟弟，你怎么了。他看见我们，就说：姐姐，我不小心摔了。呜呜……我们拍掉他身上的沙子，对他说：“姐姐带你回家好不好?”他点点头，答应了。脸上绽放出笑脸，多么美丽。
我再一次感谢生命，给了我帮助别人的权利，让我体会到帮助别人是一件多么快乐的事情啊;感谢生命。
啊!生命，你给我带来了一切的一切，我真的好想对你说：生命，我一定会好好珍惜你的，我爱生命。

对于学生而言，它是一个好成绩；对于老师而言，它是桃李满天下；对于警察而言，它是天下无贼；对于父母而言，它是家庭美满；对于总理而言，它是国泰民安；对于……
记得以前看过一首小诗，“幸福本来不是占有/而是一种无私的奉献/如果你向它伸出贪婪的手/它就像仙鹤凌空而去。”是啊！只有奉献了自己，实现了人生价值，并且服务了他人，让他人获得了快乐。那么，自己就会获得幸福的。
相对于贼而言，他虽然奉献了自己，实现了人生价值。但是，他却坑害了别人，让别人获得了痛苦和伤心，所以他才没有得到幸福，整天胆战心惊，怕有一天自己被绳之以法，丢进大牢。
而相对于警察、医生、消防队员等等一些正义的.职业，他们也奉献了自己，实现了人生价值。不过，他们却使人们的安全、健康得以保障，让我们获得了快乐，还有安心。所以，他们获得了幸福。
还有，一些很渺小的职业，例如清洁工人、的士司机，他们虽然很渺小，但是他们也奉献了自己，服务了他人，他们同样也获得了幸福。
生活中，幸福无处不在。当你奔波一天，回到家时，一顿温馨的晚饭会洗涮你的疲惫；当你失业在家时，看到家人，一个鼓励的眼神会让你再拾信心，再创辉煌。
只要人人都多一点奉献，世界将变成幸福人间。

Two of the film places the novel,though intentionally set,but that is not offensive,not far-fetched,pregnant with meaning.
First:When Chris (Will Smith plays to see graffiti in the "happyness" spelling error,he said these words:There is no y in happiness,There is i.(y or Why.This line is extremely clever setting,it also aims to express through the entire film.Yes,there is no happiness in the why,the only others only their own happiness.Why blame others than their own happiness is meaningless,only rely on their own can be happy.
Second:when the movie started,Chris was in the crowd jammed the streets to push forward,in the smiling faces in only his bewildered,stood helpless with.And towards the end of the film,
Chris was in the same place,look left to meet the emotional tears and applause for his rallying.In the calendar through suffering,sorrow,abandonment,abjection,helplessness,despair,after Chris with patience,hard work and attitude of never giving up in exchange for part of his life,the good old days.So in the moment through the probationary period,Chris is happy.

心存一个信念，有理想有目标，明确自己的方向大胆追求，但决不可放弃理想，理想是明灯，在你迷失的时候给你指明前进的道路，理想是挺拔的树，在你被洪水淹没时给你最好的帮助与依靠，理想是以一口清泉，在你干渴的时候给你生命的滋润。
不需有太聪明的方法，只需脚踏实地，一步步走向远方不需注重结果，过程是最重要的，态度决定一切，认准方向，坚持不懈的努力最终或得努力。
世界上在困难的事也怕坚持二字。做事有心不半途而废，只追求与自己的理想了，挑战自我，勇于尝试，坚持到底。我们不能奢望什么，祈求什么，但要做好眼前的事，向期望的目标前进!
