我个人是觉得上网课没什么学习效果，上网课，老师在线直播辅导各同学，但是人数多，老师又不能每一个人都顾及得到，每个人的问题不一样，只能挑重点讲。一个人在房间里学习，没有在学校教室里学习氛围好。作息时间混乱，晚上熬夜，晚睡觉，预定多个闹钟。早上起来打完卡接着睡。上网课老师不能面对面教导，许多同学都是敷衍了事。老师与同学之间缺乏互动，对于学习好求者可能受益匪浅，但是对于厌倦学习者，学习上没有一点效果，需要老师面对面教导，当面监督学习情况。

一只懒猪懒得出奇，整日里吃饱了就睡，身材越来越胖。它看见别人体形矫健行动灵活从心眼里羡慕。听说跑步能瘦身，它就想参加锻炼，但苦于懒睡惯了不能早起，热心的邻居公鸡知道了自告奋勇说每天晨鸣时按时前来唤醒它。
第二天凌晨刚破晓，懒猪还在睡梦中打呼噜，公鸡就如约前来催促懒猪起床。懒猪没半点推辞，它咬咬牙爬起身来揉着惺忪的双眼就呆头呆脑地绕着院子打圈跑步，一圈又一圈，直跑得气喘嘘嘘四肢发软才停下来。
“对，对，就这样运动，”公鸡很满意，连连夸奖鼓励它：“只要坚持不懈，不用多久你肯定能达到瘦身效果的。”
就这样，懒猪硬着头皮坚持了三个早晨。第四天，当公鸡又去催唤它时，它赖在草窝中不起来了。
“就让歇一天吧，小祖宗，实在太累受不了。”懒猪苦着脸哀求着。
“那怎么行呢?运动瘦身关键就是‘坚持’二字，这样才能见成效的。”公鸡劝它说。
“唉唷唷我的上帝，真的吃不消了，我现在是两眼发昏四肢无力腰酸背痛头晕脑胀，再跑就要出人命了，还是让我休息一天吧。”懒猪死皮赖脸的就是不起身。
公鸡只好无可奈何走开了。
以后一连几天都是这样。尽管公鸡催得紧，懒猪总是推三阻四，说疲劳还没全部消除体力还未完全恢复。
这天一大早，公鸡又去催它起身运动，懒猪干脆一口回绝。
“我说好兄弟，你就饶了我罢，别再逼我了，我可不想再搞什么运动瘦身了。”懒猪一付可怜相对公鸡恳求说。
“怎么能这样呢?你不运动瘦身会越来越肥胖的`。”公鸡还想劝它。
“我不信这骗人鬼话了。你瞧瞧，”猪指指腰部又指指大腿说：“这么多天不见瘦反而长胖，证明运动不能瘦身;再说运动多辛苦呀，纯粹是活受罪。我宁可再胖些笨些，或者多让人骂上一两句难听的话，也不愿再干这种傻事了。”
“唉，”公鸡听了不禁直摇头：“象你这样怕艰苦贪享乐，又缺少持之以恒的精神，你能干得成啥事呢?”
