您好。
新生入学后，首先对学生进行常规教育，利用学校集会、班会学习《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》和学校制定的有关制度。让学生明白，怎样做才能做一个合格的中学生。
利用政治课教学，学习法律与道德的关系，社会生活中的法律：《未成年人保护法》，《环境保护法》，一般违法和严重违法、《国旗法》我校有固定的组织机构及人员名单，如“家长委员会组织名单”、“家长学校组织名单”等，由校长、教务人员、教师代表、家长代表、社区或村委代表等构建成家庭教育的网络结构。由每班选出一个家长代表组建了家长委员会。每学期都举行“家长会”，商量、讨论学校有关事宜，由专人负责记录。家长学校由校长主持日常工作，教务处负责教学业务，负责建档、归档工作。学校积极构建"三结合"教育网络，形成教育合力。为了让学生全面发展，健康成长，狠抓班风建设，为学生营造优良的育人环境是班主任工作中的首要任务。初一学生刚进校，思想单纯，热情高，上进心强，这是将他们引上正轨的最好契机。我除了加强前途理想教育外，还大量给学生灌输“走好中学第一步”的重要性及“怎样走好第一步”的方法。学校激励每一位同学热爱自己的班集体，要真正地明确，建设良好的班集体，人人有责。于是，在什么是良好的班集体、怎样建设良好的班集体等方面，让全班学生展开讨论，让“良好的班集体”在学生的头脑中形成清晰的模式。大家一致认为：勤奋好学，全面发展，团结友爱，互相帮助，遵守校纪班规，讲文明懂礼貌，爱劳动，爱锻炼，爱班集体并努力为班集体争光等，都是“良好的班集体”概念所应包括的内涵。这样的模式有了，学生的奋斗方向便明确了。
海中附校的一切都服从于教育、教学工作，都着眼于学生的成才。
我校的老师特别能吃苦，他们即使是生病了都会来给我们上课， 这是无私奉献的精神，俗话说得好“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”。

看到司机叔叔为了乘客的安全，在自己受到重创，生命出现危机的情况下，平稳停车提醒乘客注意安全，救了车上的每一个人，而自己的生命消逝。之后叔叔的女儿在失去爸爸后，坚强、独立和更加热爱生活，听爸爸的话“好好锻炼身体，更好地投入学习和生活中。”我哭了，没有像叔叔这些好心人的保护，就没有我们美好的世界。没有像姐姐这样坚强独立的生活态度，就没有更好的梦想实现。在学校里我应该和同学们相互帮助，传递我们友谊的快乐，在同学遇到困难的时候，应该伸出双手帮助他人，助人为乐。
