“老师向我们推荐《卫斯理》，你要给我买。”中午回家吃饭的时候，我告诉妈妈。“好，好，好，下午就给你买，”一转眼下午到了，“妈妈，你还没有给我买书呢！”我大声高呼，“你也不早点说，现在都三点了，明天一定给你买。”
转眼，第二天到了，我又向正在闲着没事看电视的妈妈抗议：“妈妈，你说今天给我买书呢！”“你真不会找时间，马上就吃午饭了，我还要做饭呢，下午吧，你先去玩会电脑！”
转眼，又到了下午，妈妈正在逛街，我急忙给妈妈打电话，妈妈说：“儿子，你说买什么书了？我给你买去。”“《卫斯理》”我再次告诉妈妈，晚上，妈妈回来了，我赶紧出门迎接，没想到妈妈手里却只有一个装有满满衣服的袋子。“我的书呢？”“哎呀，让我给我忘了，算了，明天再你买吧。”
