今天又是无聊的一天，我躺在床上，无所事事的。心想：唉，如果有点有意义的事做该多好啊！突然，一个念头在我心中蠢蠢欲动，那就是帮妈妈做家务。
首先，我帮妈妈扫地。我拿起扫把，把一楼扫了一遍，再拿起拖把，把一楼拖了一遍。这两件简单的事就花了我半天功夫，让我满头大汗。可是我刚要收拾时，又把水桶踢翻了，地上满是脏水。我拿起拖把，慢慢地吸光了所有的脏水，可是我又不小心踩到了拖把，把一半的脏水挤了出来。没办法，只好重新再吸一遍了。接下来，我就帮妈妈擦玻璃。我拿起抹布，花了九牛二虎之力，才擦好一面玻璃。可是一块地方怎么也擦不掉，仔细的看一下，原来是水泥，我用尽全力，才擦掉了这一小片水泥。突然，脚下一打滑，我从椅子上摔了下来，可真够疼的！等我擦好了所有玻璃，都已经中午了。在又饿又累中，我开始做下一个家务。那就是：叠被子。这是最简单的一项，也是最顺利的一项。我把被子甩平，再把被子的两角对折，把对折的两角跟另外一边的两角对折。然后再把被子对折一次，就完成了。这个忙碌的上午使我懂得：妈妈日日都是很辛苦的。我暗暗发誓，以后一定要多孝顺妈妈。

说来你可能不信，其实洗碗很有乐趣的。今天中午，吃完午餐，我主动要求替妈妈洗碗。周末嘛，我也该做做家务。于是我穿上围裙，开始工作了。我首先把洗洁精挤到抹布上，然后用抹布去擦碗碟，不一会儿，碗碟上就擦出了许多小泡泡。一束阳光从窗户斜射进来，小泡泡立刻变得五颜六色的，真好看！
接着，我打开水龙头，清澈的水哗哗地冲了下来，它冲走了残渣，冲走了油腻，也冲走了小泡泡。不一会儿，碗碟变得干干净净的了，就像我们刚洗完澡一样，可爱极了。我还发现洗碗时发出的声音很美妙。瓷碗的声音是清脆的，像银铃；铁锅的声音是浑厚的，似敲钟；而不锈钢餐具的声音是响亮的，仿佛击打鼓钹；还有哗哗的水流声，听起来真美啊！
工作结束了，我望着一个个干净的碗碟，情不自禁地对自己说：“你真棒！”

今天，是个阳光明媚的好日子。
中午，午饭过后。我想尝试下做家务的乐趣，妈妈用疑问的语气和态度问我：“你能行吗？”我说：＂当然可以，别小瞧我，我要让你明白，我也是个好孩子！别不信，不信我试给你看，我一定让你对我刮目想看，无比佩服。”
先是擦桌子。我先找来桌布，用水打湿、拧干。接着过去擦桌子，我连擦了几遍，桌子上还是有油渍，怎么擦也擦不干净。
我记得妈妈以前曾经有对我说过洗碗的决窍∶“把桌布打湿，按几滴洗洁精在桌布上，再去擦桌子，桌子上的油渍会全被擦掉。以后碰到有油渍的东西就用洗洁精洗，即可洗掉，而且会洗的非常干净，看不出有什么油渍。”我按照妈妈以前说的话仔仔细细认认真真地做了一遍。桌子果然被我擦干净了，并且看不出有油渍在上面。
接下来要洗碗。碗上也有许多油，正当我想不出用什么办法有效地清除油渍的时候，我突然回想起妈妈以前对我说过的话。我马上按了几滴洗洁精在桌布上，把碗放在水里浸湿、捞出，再用桌布轻轻擦拭一遍，碗上的油渍和脏东西顷刻间消失的无影无踪了，看不出一点儿痕迹。几分钟之后，我就把全部的碗洗得干干净静了。
我把脏水倒掉，重新用水龙头装满一盆清水，把碗放在水里漂洗一会儿，漂洗完之后，把碗放在一旁晾干，晾干之后再把碗放在碗橱里。
晚上，妈妈在检查时惊讶地说∶“我真是小瞧你了，碗居然洗的这么干净。”并直夸我是一个勤快好孩子呢！我看的出妈妈的脸上充满无比欣慰、开心、喜悦、幸福的表情。
这次的经历又让我成长了不少，下次我一定要帮妈妈分担更多的家务！让妈妈更轻松，更开心！
