七年级英语作文格式要求【一】
标题只要大致写在中间就可以了，不是像有考生问的，标题书写的时候究竟是前面空几个，后面空几格。如果有副标题，在正标题下面空两格（正标题文字的两格）写破折号，起写副标题，但要将正副标题作为一个整体写在中间。一般不提倡大家使用太长的标题，但是如果标题过长，分两行书写，一般格式是上一行长一些，下一行短一些，两两居中对齐。对称式的标题或者中间空一格写成一行或分两行书写。

这个问题和前一个问题一样，没有固定的`回答。如果你能保证在给定的行数内能将所有考虑出的答案写出来，完全可以竖着写，条理还比较清楚，阅卷老师也很容易找你的点。但是如果你不能保证，或者想多写点内容，那就最好不要竖着列下来，因为竖着写，几乎每一行都会有几个空格，这些空着的格子也许对有些同学来说，就意味着可以多写一两条不同的意思。但横着写也并不意味着要把所有内容融到一起，同样可以用语言分节符或数字分节符表示出层次关系。

商业英文书信，一般都要求用打字机或电脑整齐地打印，左边各行开头垂直的，称为垂直式或齐头式（Block style），美国常用这种格式；每段的`第一个词缩进去，称为缩进式或锯齿式（indented style），英国常用此格式。垂直式的职务及签名都在左边的边栏界线，这种格式，在极度尊重工作效率的美国公司，已普遍采用，其它英语写作《英语书信格式与称谓的差异》。正式的商业英语书信要在称呼的上方写上收信公司名称和地址或收信人的名字全称、的职务及地址，称为信内地址（Inside address）。信内地址的写法也有垂直式和缩进式之分，垂直式和称美国式将各行并列，缩进式或称英国式将各行依次退缩。
