人工湖新修后，我还是第一次来。真好。一眼望去，是那样的敞亮、那样的清新。我和姥爷顺着南边的花岗岩平台走进公园。平台旁边的草坪，依然绿草茵茵，加上几个木质座椅，更有诗意。平台下面便是深褐色木板铺就的廊桥，白色的栅栏。廊桥很规则地拐着直角，伸向北岸；栅栏似乎是铁艺的，喷着白漆，在风雨中显得格外的洁白。寒风吹着湖面，泛起层层涟漪。斜雨打着湖水，激起串串泡泡。一池灰白色的湖水、花岗岩石块砌成的拱桥和桥洞下的小船，构成了一幅绝美的图画。尽管天气不好，可眼前这一派景象，真的妙极了，美极了。
此时，我忽然想起两年前，姥姥姥爷领我来这里划船、照相的'情景，可现在的人工湖却没有了原来的模样，完全是一个全新的人民公园。想象得到，好天时，这里一定是人们休闲健身的最好去处。
（周六周日，于越的老师布置了一篇，命题为向应公园小练笔。可周六周日却连续下了两天雨，为了完成作业，于越和姥爷还是去了。）

人工湖是近两年才建成的新景点，它座落在县城的南面。湖上有一座石桥，中间还有一座美丽的小岛。碧绿的湖水环绕着小岛缓缓地流淌着，一群群鱼儿在湖水里游来游去。天气晴朗的早晨，你可以清楚地看见阳光下湖水闪烁着光辉，远远望去，就像一面硕大的银镜，好看极了！
岸边长满了柳树。一到春天，柳树就抽出了新芽，微风吹过，它们便翩翩起舞。你听，知了正唱着动听的`歌儿，蝴蝶也跟着跳起了优美的舞蹈，喇叭花也来凑热闹，吹起了小喇叭，真是令人心旷神怡呀！
人工湖还有一个沙滩。一到周末，就会有很多人来到这里，他们有的堆沙堡，有的堆金子塔，还有的堆长城……
到了夜晚，迷人的月光照耀着大地，人工湖顿时充满了梦幻色彩。夜晚的人工湖似乎比白天还要热闹，人们在这里跑步、遛狗、骑车、玩游戏，说说笑笑，真是一个休闲娱乐的好地方呀！
