Smoking is a bad habit that does harm to smoker and others. Many kinds of diseases and cancers are caused by smoking, such as tracheitis, lung cancer and many other diseases. 1、荠菜味甘性温。李时珍说:“冬至后生苗,二、三月起茎五六寸,开细白花,整整如一。”荠菜是最早报春的时鲜野菜,因其清香可口,民间常用它包馄钝,或炒野鸡肉,或与豆腐共煮羹。但多数人不知道它的药用价值。临床上常被用来治疗多种出血性疾病,如血尿、妇女功能性子宫出血、高血压患者眼底出血、牙龈出血等,其良好的止血作用主要是其所含荠菜酸所致。目前市场上有两种荠菜,菜叶矮小,有奇香,止血效果好;另一种为人工种植的,菜叶宽大,不太香,药效较差。
2、蕹菜又名空心菜,味甘性平。可炒,可煮汤,可凉拌。因为味淡,常不被人们重视,忽略了它的药用价值。嵇会的《方草木状》称之为“南方之奇蔬”,因它能解毒,如解毒蕈类、砒霜、野葛、木薯等中毒;治蜈蚣、毒蛇咬伤治淋浊便血、妇女白带、肺热咳血、鼻出血及无名中毒。有书记载,用其内服能治热痢,外用能治疮痛肿毒。紫色蕹菜含有胰岛素样物质,故糖尿病病人食用有利于控制血糖。
3、蓬蒿菜味甘辛性平。早在唐代已列为食疗之品,唐代医家孙思邈在《千金方》中称之能“安心气,养脾胃,消痰饮”。蓬蒿菜有明显的平肝、清虚热作用,对肝阳上亢者如高血压头昏脑胀、烦热头昏、睡眠不安及热咳有痰等证有良好的疗效。有润肠通便之功,尤宜于内热便秘者。
4、韭菜味甘辛性温。是一种良好的振奋性强壮剂,有健胃、壮阳功能。凡肾阳虚所致梦遗、滑泄、腰酸、小便频数、小儿尿床、妇女腰酸白带多者都可以常食韭菜,故又名“起阳草”,如与开洋(虾米同炒,其效更好。但内热便秘,口干舌燥者忌韭菜。韭菜昏目,有眼病者,如结膜炎等也当忌食。
5、生姜味辛性微温。日常在烧鱼、肉、鸡、鸭、虾、蟹等都要放点生姜作佐料。生姜的药效有去寒、去腥、止呕、发汗、止咳、止反胃等。生姜皮利水,可以治菌痢,热痢留姜皮,冷痢刮去姜皮。因生姜性升,不宜晚上吃,因为夜间人气收敛,故不宜反其道而升之。用生姜3片加红枣10枚煎水服,治疗脾胃虚寒的胃、十二指肠溃疡病及大便泄泻,常有高效。在此必须说明,内热偏重者及舌苔黄而干者忌食生姜。
