“健康使人快乐，快乐使人健康”这句话出自于美国散文作家爱默生之口。确实，长期的身体毛病会使最光明的前途蒙上阴影，而强健的活力能让不幸的境遇也释放出灿烂的阳光。今天我们班的几位小伙伴，就健康与饮食展开了讨论。
“机灵鬼”骆梦佳开始亮嗓门了：“随着家庭生活的富裕，我们小学生的零用钱逐渐多了起来。大多数的同学在放学回家时，总要过过零食这个“瘾”。”“嗯，我也认同”陈丹青说，“大家对油炸食品似乎有一种与生俱来的偏好。往往在油炸食品的摊位上，总是最热闹的。”我接着回答：“有些同学明知道油炸的食品并不卫生，可是那脚却不听使唤地跑过去，虽然好吃，可对身体的伤害不小。”“智多星”陆燕接过话茬：“我从电视上看到，某小学的一位同学，前些日子因食用过多的油炸食品，在上课疼痛不止，经过检查这位同学下是因为食用了不卫生的油炸食品而引起的。要知道这些小贩们在食物制作的过程中不讲卫生，任凭苍蝇、虫子在上面玩耍，吃了这样的食品肯定会给身体造成不适。”
看来多吃零食给我们带来的危害不小那！同学应该在日常膳食中注意什么呢？我想注意荤素搭配，粗细粮搭配，每天吃一些水果、蔬菜来补充人体必需的营养是我们正确的饮食习惯。只要我们合理搭配饮食，改善饮食结构，保证我们获得均衡的营养，不吃那些不卫生的食物，健康就在我们身边，我们将天天过得开心、快乐。

I attended Jack's birthday party tonight. After dinner, Jack gave cigarets to our boy students present.
At the important moment, I stop them and told them the bad effects of smoking: firstly Smoking is a waste of money and it's greatly harmful to our health. And it can lead to fires easily. So we should not smoke at all.
But it seemed helpless and they wouldn't listen to me. Somebody even said that body and health belonged to themselves and it's up to them to decide whether to smoke or not. I told him calmly, "Even if you have the right to harm your own body, but it doesn't mean that you have the same right to harm others'."
At last, they agreed with me, and some students said that they would never smoke any longer.
For the next one hour, we danced and sang happily, and nobody did smoke again.I felt very happy that my classmate all understood the harmness of smoking.
我今晚参加了杰克的生日派对。晚饭后，杰克给我们的男同学吸烟。

Li Min is our monitor. She is tall, healthy and lively. She does well in all subjects. She is fond of sports and is good at singing and dancing.
Li Min works hard at English. When she came to the school, she had quite a lot of difficulties with the language. But she was not afraid of them and always tried hard to overcome them. She was active in class and did a lot of practice after class. No pains, no gains.With great efforts she made much progress in English study.
Li Min is modest and always ready to help others. She is very strict with herself in her work and daily life. She sets us all a fine example.
