我们不一会儿就来到位于水游城的欢乐牧场自助餐厅，一进门，妈妈去付钱，一位阿姨让我量了量身高，我走过去一量，143厘米，这里规定140厘米以上要买成人票，妈妈和收银员阿姨说了半天也无济于事。爸爸只好无可奈何地说：“算了，难得出来吃饭，全票就全票吧。”
我们找了一个靠窗户的'座位坐下，妈妈说：“丁浩然，你和我一去拿吃的吧，今天给你这个‘大胃王’买了全票，可一定要吃回来啊！”我拍拍胸脯，信心满满地对妈妈说：“放心，不把肚子填饱不收兵！”“哈哈！”我们都笑了起来，刚才的不愉快也被冲到九霄云外了。
我在妈妈的带领下，来到摆放食物的地方，哇！这里的食材真多啊！不仅有牛排、鸡腿，居然还有难得一见的大螃蟹啊……真是种类繁多、应有尽有。我立刻拿起一个大盘子，东抓一个、西抓一点，不一会儿盘子就被我这个小“吃货”装得满满的。
满载而归回到座位上后，我们一起动手把食物放进火锅里煮，又赶紧把牛排和羊肉放进锅里烤，接着就耐着性子开始焦急地等待。“咕嘟咕嘟，”火锅发出欢快的声音，好像在提醒我们：“可以开吃啦！”早已饿得饥肠辘辘的我们，不约而同开始狼吞虎咽地大吃起来……吃着吃着我的肚子就感觉装不下了，可又舍不得停下筷子，尤其是看着爸爸特地拿了我最爱吃的巧克力蛋糕，我更是还想大快朵颐。可是，摸摸早已滚圆的肚子，实在塞不下去了。唉！真是“肚饱眼不饱”啊——
今天的自助餐真丰富！不仅让我大饱口福，还让我明白吃东西也要量力而行，不能随意浪费。

人的身体就好比一台机器，机器缺了油就会停止运转，人的身体如果没有维生素及蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、磷、铁等多种营养元素来源源不断补充，就难以生存。当然，上述的营养元素大部分可以从鸡、鱼、肉、蛋或水果中得到，可是从我们目前的生活水平来看，人体需要的维生素主要还是来自蔬菜。
什么叫蔬菜呢?简单地说，蔬菜就是可以做菜吃的草本植物。它以十字花科和葫芦科的植物居多。我们常吃的，如白菜、菠菜、芹菜、胡萝卜、黄瓜、辣椒、西红柿等，统称之为蔬菜。它们都含有丰富的营养，但又有各自的特点--各种维生素的含量不同，就胡萝卜素来说，同样都是100克蔬菜，菠菜含有3.87毫克，胡萝卜含有3.67毫克，鲜蒜头则是空白。
我们在日常生活中，不但要多吃蔬菜，更需要了解它们。这是因为人体一旦少了某一种营养元素，就会导致疾病的发生。你有贫血病吗?请经常食用菠菜，因为菠菜含有不少的维生素B6,而维生素B6可以起到医治贫血病的作用。此外，它还含有为数不少的其他维生素B以及钙、磷等营养成分。你的胃口不佳，食欲减退吗?就请食用适量的鲜蒜头，因为它含有维生素B1。据介绍，每100克的鲜蒜头就有0.24毫克的维生素B1，而它的功能是帮助消化的。因此，适当地吃些鲜蒜头就可以增加食欲。你想使自己的伤口尽快愈合吗?请适量地吃些辣椒。因为辣椒含有数量惊人的维生素C.据科学统计，每100克的辣椒就含有185毫克的维生素C，它比其他蔬菜的含量要多好几倍。你患有夜盲症或干眼吗?就请常吃些胡萝卜。因为它含有比较多的胡萝卜素，而胡萝卜素在人体这个特定的环境中，可转化成维生素A,这对夜盲症、干眼病有很好的疗效。以上这些都说明了蔬菜是良药。
古人说：问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来。诗句告诉我们，水清，在于有源头活水，同样道理，人体健康，也必须靠多种维生素来补充。因此，即使是一个身体健康的人，在日常生活中也必须尽可能吃多种蔬菜。然而有些人不吃带药味的蔬菜，如芹菜;也有一些人不吃带辣味的，如辣椒;更有一些人不吃带酸味的，如西红柿。另外，还有一些人对合口味的蔬菜，连吃数餐、数日，甚至到吃厌为止。这些都是挑食、偏食的弊病，它不能提供肌体所需的多种维生素，应该尽量克服。
蔬菜是人们一日三餐中不可缺少的，如能食用多样化，那得到的将是健康长寿。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
