我从来没有做过快速公交，听说郑州今年新建了城市快速公交，我就缠着妈妈说想去坐一下。这个暑假，妈妈为了满足我的好奇心，便专程带我去体验了一次。
我们来到快速公交的站台，我发现这个站台和普通的公交车站台有很多的不一样，首先，普通公交车的站台都是设在马路两边的，而快速公交的站台却是建在路中间；第二，普通公交的站台只有一 两个站牌，而快速公交的站台就像一个长长的走廊；第三，普通公交都是在上车后交费的，而快速公交进站台时就要交费。此外，我还发现，快速公交站台里的设施也很先进，这里不仅有快速公交行走 路线图，还能在上面直接看到自己所要乘坐的公交车走到什么位置了，离自己的位置还有几站的距离，非常清楚，站台上还有供乘客临时休息的长椅和垃圾桶，站台的边缘设有护栏，如果你趴在护栏上 的话，站台上的广播就会自动提醒你注意安全。好了，公交车来了，我们要上车了。
在公交车门缓缓打开的时候，站台护栏上的门也自动打开了，我一看，哇，公交车好长啊，一辆快速公交车就有两辆普通公交车那么长，中间那个像弹簧一样的东西把前后两个车厢连在一起。妈妈 告诉我，这是为了方便公交车转弯。我们上了车，我发现公交车里的座位分两种，一种是高座位，一种是底座位。我觉得高座位更好玩一些，便坐在了高座位上。公交车内还设有电视、飞播、和空调， 如果觉得阳光刺眼，还可以把窗户旁边的窗帘拉上。一路上，公交车都走的很快而且很稳，快速公交每一站之间得距离很短，我觉得这次的路途也出奇的短，我们的目的地很快就到了。后来我听妈妈说 ，快速公交有专用车道，不会堵车，怪不得走得这么快呢！
想起第一次坐快速公交的经历，直到现在我还觉得意犹未尽呢！
