给你写这个的时候很多被你们欺骗的员工也许已经感到了绝望，当然也有些受伤害的员工已经选择了去劳动稽查大队进行仲裁。我知道在你们的心里劳动稽查大队根本对你们够不上什么威胁或者你们压根就没有将劳动稽查这样的放在眼里吧。还有你们在一开始就选择了一个很好的规避的方法对不对啊？我来给你分析一下啊，你们将公司的注册地选择青岛，而实际的总部却是放在了上海，这样就算出现了各种纠纷之后，对方需要去青岛找你们是不是？上海很多时候不是很方便。还有就是你们也知道劳动稽查的仲裁会很慢，最快也要45天左右，稍微弄不好时间就会更长，你们有了这样的一段时间你们也能想好应对的办法了，是不是？对于你们这样的方法我只能说是你们是厉害，但是从内心深处来讲我还是鄙视你们这样的做法，所以你们才能成为老总而我们这样的人只能成为被你们欺骗的人。分析的不对就给我指出来啊，因为毕竟没有你们卑鄙。
基于以上所以我还是选择比较温和的方式来进行我的维权。所以我就选择给你们写了这封信，也许这封不能叫信了，信件属于比较隐私的文件，今天的这个信件我是注定要进行公开的。
郭总前几天有员工给你发短信询问“什么时候发工资？”你的回复是“你们再这样闹，我就撒手不管了，让大家一分钱都拿不到。”原来在你的心目中员工询问一下被拖欠的工资就是在“闹”，还有一层意思就是你现在正在扮演的角色是蜘蛛侠、钢铁侠、超人还是绿巨人啊。正在大公无私的拯救世界，在拯救我们这些被欺骗伤害的员工啊。对不起啊，原来你的情操是这样的“高尚”以至于我们都差点忘记你一个商人，这是在一个商业的社会里了。
那我们的高尚的拯救者我们来一起回顾一下你们是如何拯救大家的吧，这样也方便大家对你为大家的拯救行为展开更好的记忆。时间没有记错的话是在20xx年10月份的一天你在公司为大家开会，信誓旦旦的说，现在公司的因为有你就不用担心资金的问题了，“唯美德科”这样好的品牌将会得以延续，大家也不要担心工资会被拖欠了，因为这是你也不能容忍的，资金不够了，你可以去融资。在你的一片慷慨的陈述中，大家看到希望，于是将大家恐慌的心理得到了缓解。
20xx年11月公司已经沉寂了一年了终于召开了一次年终答谢的招商会，在会前的时候人手不够，有领导对大家说“大家辛苦一下，这场会之后收的款项就给大家发工资。”大家果然一起来努力居然将一场本身不被看好的招商会做成功了，会上收回的200多万现金。大家一起期待可以发工资了。结果等了一个星期。我们亲爱的拯救者郭总召集大家开会宣读了一下这200多万是如何被你们领导成功瓜分的，再换句话说大家一起辛苦弄的这笔钱已经跟我们这些员工没有任何关系了。据说为此你与常虹董事长大吵了一家，当然对我而言只能是据说，因为我毕竟没有在现场，我们也是听你转述的，但是可信度还是比较高的。因为常虹董事长比你还能拯救大家于水火中嘛。
20xx年12月份最后几天郭总我们亲爱的拯救者在公司召集全国的同仁一起开会，说你压力多么大，说你可以让公司***，这样大家都拿不到钱。我知道你前面说的那些就是一个铺垫嘛，这样才能承托出你后面是多么的高尚，多么的正义。果然就是这样后面你是带着比包青天还要义正言辞的口气说你要如何拯救大家，在年前一定会给大家先发一部分工资，让大家至少过个相对舒服的'年。鉴于拯救者的态度的诚恳大家都相信了，结果一直等到大年初一了也没有看到一毛钱。
春节之后也就是2月11日左右的时候，高尚的拯救者又开始召集大家开会，给大家解释为什么没有发工资，因为常虹董事长一直未将法人转让给你，所以你们就不给钱。但是这中间有个有趣的事情就是拯救者你已经是最大的***了，这个法人对你来讲其实已经是形同虚设了。还有年前信誓旦旦的说好的贷款，也就没有提了。“但是就是这样你还铺垫你的伟大，就算法人没有更改到你，也是无条件的在3月9日前将所有的工资一次性发给大家，从这以后如果工资延误一个月，就一次性发两个月，并将这条写进合同中。”我们亲爱的拯救者郭总你还记得这段话吗？
时间怎么在煎熬中还是过的那样快，很快就到了3月9日。但是大家的工资卡里还是一点动静都没有，这个时候我们的拯救者又开始召集大家开会了。“最后的股权的过户进度不是很顺利，所以需要让后推一下，在下周先发放一批工资，剩下的在3月20日全部将拖欠的工资发完。以后就固定在每个月的20日发放工资，但是在这一次发工资前需要与公司再签个协议。”这段话我们尊敬的拯救者，你还有印象吗？
可气的是地球怎么就因为拯救者的承诺而暂停一下呢？还是无情的到了3月20日了。也就是3月9日之后伟大的拯救者也不来公司了，3月20日的拯救者也不在面对大家了，大家就真的这样没有用吗？拯救者只是悄悄的给几个人开会，然后委托了你的亲信来给大家公布了一下“明天钱就到公司的账户，就是3月21日，然后大家每个人算好所有未发放的钱与未报销的钱，一次性签完协议就不在分次发放了。”这是拯救者的亲信的在公司对着大家说的原话。拯救者为什么你说的事情总是实现不了呢？拯救者你这是做过什么啊，怎么总是事与愿违啊，好不容易想扮演一次拯救者，结果还这样啊。
拯救者你还记得员工给你打电话询问你工资的事情，你的回答吗？“要不我在这里维护着，公司早就关门***了，你们一分钱都拿不到，就算变卖了资产也是先还银行的贷款，也不会给你们发工资的。”先来说说你说的公司***后的资产偿还的顺序吧，你还号称自己是什么PE机构。我想问你的是你知道PE是什么吗？以我看伟大的拯救者同志，你不是做PE的，但是绝对像是做皮包（公司）的。当然英雄不问出处，做皮包的也不丢脸。但是你要装也要装的像的吧，在***公司清算过程中，债务中是银行债务优先偿还，但是在这个前面还有一条是清偿完员工欠薪之后。
唯美德科的拯救者郭总啊，你说自己是出来做投资的，但是就算是做投资该学的还是要学啊！还有最后一条就是长的胖不一定适合充大个的啊。教训啊！
顺便交代一下拯救者郭总目前是青岛唯美德科美容科技股份有限公司总负责人，也是大***代表。上海匀升投资有限公司总负责人。现在拯救者郭总我真的替你参与投资的那些公司的员工也捏一把汗，不要像拯救我们这样去拯救他们了。
