观看了《道德讲堂》这部影片，它教会了我许多做人的道理。
这几个片段介绍了许多好人好事及人与人之间的互帮互助。其中最令我感动的是两件事。第一件事是：河边，有一位妇女想轻生，便爬上了河边桥上的护栏，跳了下去。由于河水水流湍急，旁边围观的人没有一个敢下去救她，都在桥上不知所措。这是，一位中年男子带着他刚上完补习班的女儿经过这儿，男子看到这一幕，立刻脱去衣服，并让女儿看好。然后毫不犹豫地跳下河，并快速地确定落水女子的位置，然后游过去，把女子拉到岸边。此时人们的注意力全都集中在获救女子的身上，而忽视了那位救人英雄。再说那位男子，救完人后救上岸穿好衣服，没有任何话语，不声不响地拉着女儿离开了这名男子叫：林建立。后来人们苦苦搜寻才找到了林建立，并亲切地称他是“背影英雄”。观看完后我的心被深深震撼了：当林建立准备下水救人时，他有没有想过冰冷的河水对他身体的伤害?有没有想过可能不但人没有救上来，连自己也会有危险?可是他一点也没有疑迟，一点也没有犹豫，救人之心很坚决。他的高尚行为真的值得我们学习。他救完人后，不仅没有到处招摇他做的好事，而且连脸都不露一下。
第二件事是：有一位妇女是护士长，她天天在医院里辛勤地工作、做手术。可是有一天，连她自己也得了癌症，她没有告诉家人，也没有告诉同事。就在她即将进入手术台的那天上午，她还帮其他病人做了一场手术。等与她相处的人都知道了她的事，竟然掉了眼泪，为她热爱本职工作、对工作忠心耿耿的态度感动了。在电视机前的我也为她的行为而感到崇高。一个癌症病人能在动手术前依然守着分内的事，态度没有一丝懈怠，她该有多么坚强!
《道德讲堂》这部影片使我受益匪浅，同时我也从中学会了许多深刻的道理，他们的事迹启迪了我，教会了我如何做人。
