大约临近暑假的前十天，我翻了翻《教师阅读地图》一书，翻到《教师专业阅读的误区》一章，越看越有阅读***。直到今天，精读加略读，我才把它读完。这是一本好书，细看附件中的目录，你便能知晓一二。好书总让人觉得相见恨晚，读《教师阅读地图》让我遗憾又振奋。
这本书有四大亮点。一是理性地分析了当前教师专业阅读的误区；二是教教师如何进行专业阅读；三是推介根本书籍与研读策略；四是提供具有结构性和阶梯性的教师专业阅读地图。
有位网友以“一二三四”总结了它的`优点，与笔者的读后感相符。“一张地图：中小学教师专业发展的开放式全息阅读；两大目标：帮你找到属于自己的合理阅读路径，最适合自己的书；三大帮助：近200本参考书+使用方法+书籍评述；四大亮点：读什么+怎么读+实例+误区。结论：一本对教师专业发展极有帮助的书！”
我遗憾，为什么不早个七八年遇见它，哪怕早个五年也好。我深信，如果能早点读它，必定能更有效地促进自身专业发展。步入教师职业的十多年来，我陆陆续续读了不少书，有语文学科知识类如《汉字的魅力》、《现代汉字学纲要（增订本）》、《朗读学》和《趣味语文》等等，有语文教学类如《语文课如何是好》、《听王荣生教授评课》、《薛法根教学思想与经典课堂》、文本解读主题系列及名师课堂实录书籍等，有教育心理学类如《给教师一件“新武器”——教育诊疗》、《社会心理学》和《教育中的心理效应》等等，有文学类如王小波杂文系列，历史类如《大秦帝国》（尤其喜爱春秋战国时期），还有些其他类别的书籍。但是这些书都是随兴而读，这本书书与那本书之间没有“结构性”“阶梯性”可言，有的书是出版商拼凑而成，浪费了本读者宝贵的阅读时间。再者，在阅读《教师阅读地图》之前，我以为读点与教育教学和学科知识有关的书籍，就算是很“专业”了，很少去思考什么是专业阅读，以及专业阅读的“结构性”“阶梯性”问题，如此懵懵懂懂了十余年，殊为憾也。
我还遗憾，近几年的新教师业务培训会，我常常郑重地推荐那书这书，推荐的原因是认为某一本书好，至于好在哪里，适不适合教师阅读，适合教师在哪个阶段读，加之上述的“结构性”“阶梯性”问题，根本没有考虑过。这是不太负责任的推荐，不专业的推荐，没能提供似《教师阅读地图》这样的专业地图，为近几届新教师进行阅读“导航”，使他们踏上专业阅读之旅，更为憾事。
遗憾的同时我又倍感振奋。我阿Q地告诉自己：31周岁时能读到它不算憾事，40或50岁时才可能追悔莫及，总之路还很长。
我振奋自己因为读了《教师阅读地图》，对31周岁之后的专业阅读豁然开朗。
一是知道“读什么”。通过比对，我发现自己早些的阅读虽然杂七杂八，但大部分也不白读，世间万物彼此联系，相信书籍也不例外，读过的那些书籍算是为我打了个不差的专业阅读底子。通过比对，我大致知道自己今后该补读哪些书，又该续读哪些书，尤其是根本书籍。
二是知道“怎么读”。《教师阅读地图》教读者如何阅读一本书（注：其中部分阅读策略摘自艾德勒的《如何阅读一本书》），关于怎样研读根本书籍，怎样训练知性阅读能力，怎样开展教师读书会，它都有实例可资借鉴。
三是知道今后该向教师推荐什么书，怎么推荐书，至少不能仅仅给个书名。
当然，也许可以考虑只推荐《教师阅读地图》，因为书里有你想要的答案。
