生活中有这样一个现象，下级要听从上级的命令，学生要遵守班纪校规，员工要听从老板的要求，士兵要服从将军的.命令，诸如此类领导与被领导的关系。
当我看了《你至少领导着你自己》之后，才恍然大悟：我也是一位领导。
里面讲述的是：“我”刚进军校，是预备官，被称为“庶民”，为与学长们搞好关系，成为他们的杂役和跑腿儿，一次承蒙学长抬举，盛邀我参加“幽灵行动”——搞恶作剧捉弄。对方的活动。起初我有点犹豫，可他们说出事有他们顶着，我就加入了。我们就开始采点，等一些学员熟睡后，觉得时机成熟，将橙汁浇到学员的身上，投掷了数枚炸弹（破水罐），悄悄地从后窗溜走。第二天，被带进了训导员办公室，尽管学长竭力为我开脱，他还是罚我。我不断抱怨：“这太不公平了，我只不过是服从学长命令，他应该对我行为负责。”教导员说：“对这件事，你觉得自己没有责任吗？”我辩解：“没有，主意又不是我出的，我也反对过，可我是庶官，我管得了谁啊！”教导语重心长的说：“在此，人人都是领导者，你至少领导着一个人——自己。因此，你必须为你的行为负责。”

生命是我自己的东西，所以，在遵守生存规则的前提下，不妨大步走去，走向自以为可走的路，即使前面是深渊，荆棘，峡谷，火坑，都由自己负责。
轻风拂面，是一种选择享受；狂风展翅，是一种选择逆境；微风细雨，是一种选择安静。
唐僧师徒西天取经，为何非要到西天去取经呢？山高水险，妖魔鬼怪不计其数。他们心存信念，为了芸芸众生的幸福，取得真经，九九归一，八十一难的尽头就是他们选择后坚定信念成功的真实写照。
你不能改变容貌，但你可以展现笑容；你不能左右天气，但你可以改变心情；你不能预知明天，但你可以把握今天；你不能样样顺利，但你可以事事尽心；你不能决定命运的长短，但你可以改变命运的宽度。

However, if things don't go according to plan for you, I wish you all the love, happiness and joy in the world and don't settle for anything less than the best since that is absolutely what you deserve.
