生命之绝美不一定是多么惊心动魄的画面，而是每个能慰藉心灵的瞬间。一位爱心人士，利用工作之余救济无数的流浪动物，他放弃了安逸的下班时间，甚至放弃了自己很大一部分工资，但他在日复一日，年复一年中，见证了无数令人感动的瞬间，有的是对生命的执著，也有的是生命的感激。这便是生命之绝美。而平庸也并不指平凡的生活，而是自己为自己设计的舒适圈，其实舒适圈外才是真正的舒适。人们总不敢放弃现在相对稳定的生活去追寻真正的理想。每个人都有一个“不凡”的梦，而现在的“平凡”不过是扣着安定帽子的懒惰。打破平庸，打败自己懒惰的本性，才能释放出内心真正的梦想。
生命之绝美，并不是一朝一夕便可以发现，需要长久地坚持。刘醒龙阴差阳错地游览九寨沟，便被九寨沟的美丽风景深深吸引，后来他再游九寨沟，风景不同，情感也更加丰富，不能说他首游毫无收获，但重游九寨沟给予他生命的启迪。同时也告诉人们只有打破平庸，才能收获生命之绝美。坚持，无疑是所有目标的唯一途径，探索绝美也不例外，心血来潮的改变只能自己宽慰自己，只有百年如一日的坚持才能真正发现生命的美丽。
同时，追寻生命绝美的过程中，也要仔细思考，坚持本心，不能误入歧途。现实生活中，也有许多为理想不断奋斗的人，他们已经打破了舒适圈，但迟迟发现不了生命的绝美，失望与***是他们不在冷静，而转用一系列不正当的方式达到自己的目的。人们忙着追逐目标，而忘了自己的初心是享受追逐的过程，生命之绝美往往在于过程，不在于结果，用不正当的手段达到目标，也是一种平庸，他们并没有发现生命之绝美的真正意义。
