雷锋，是中国的一名普通军人，和我的平常的人一样，但是他的精神却永远值得我们学习。我们应弘扬雷锋精神，争做美德少年。
如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地？如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一分黑暗？如果你是一颗粮食，你是否哺育了有用的生命？如果你是一颗最小的螺丝钉，你是否永远坚持在你的生活岗位？这是我在雷锋日记中无意间看到的，这也是雷锋的现实生活写照。虽然雷锋离开我们很多年了，但是他助人为乐的精神并没有在我们的社会上消失，虽然他只活了二十二岁，但是他为人们做好事却留下了许多感人的事迹。
记得雷锋说过：我愿做一颗最小的螺丝钉，螺丝钉虽然小，但作用是不可估计的，作为中学生的我们，是不是也应该学习雷锋精神呢？每当我们走过街道走廊的时候，看到地上有纸片，你是否将它捡起？但我们在吃饭的时候，你是否珍惜过一粒粮食？在考试发挥失常时，你是否反省过自己？在班级中，你是否为班级建设贡献过一份自己的力量？在生活中，你是否愿做一颗螺丝钉永远坚持在你生活的岗位？我相信，只要你努力了，你就会成为一颗永不生锈的螺丝钉。
学习雷锋精神应该从身边的小事做起，只要你帮助了别人，你就是一个好学生，你就值得我们学习，在同学遇到不会的问题时，我们应热心帮助，当我们在街头小巷再次遇到乞丐时，我们应伸出自己的援助之手，尽自己所能的去帮助他人。这就是学习雷锋助人为乐的精神。
雷锋虽然现在已经离我们而去了，但是他的精神依然存在，许多人认为雷锋精神是傻子精神，而在我们这一代需要的正实这种傻子精神，我要做新时代的小雷锋，为人民服务做自己最大的努力，我相信雷锋精神会在我们这一代中发扬光大，放射出更加闪亮的光芒！
