Dear Mom and Dad,
Although we can only keep in touch with each other by the telephone or the Internet, I wish I could let you know how much I love you and how much I’ve appreciated the things you’ve done for me. It is never too much to say thank you to you, my dear parents.
First and the most important is that thank you for bringing me to this world. During the 20 years, you have done a lot for me, but I haven’t realized how much I love you until I left home to the university. I understand how much effort you have cost to bring me up. Now, I have grown up, I can look after you.
Second, I want to thank you that you give me a good environment to grow up. There is an old saying “Parents are the first teacher to their children”. In my life, you are the typical ones. Because of your good examples I formed the good habit of learning at an early age which benefits my life.
At last, I want to say “thank you” is that you always support my choice. You never forced me to do anything I was not interested in. You told me to pursuit my own dreams without hesitation and you would support me forever. You also told me to how to be a human. Now I become an optimistic and cheerful girl and I feel happy every day.
I really miss you when I am writing this thank you letter. I can’t wait to go home to share more time together with you.You are my most important people in the world and I will love you forever.

??要让爱你的人失望20xx年3月5日上午，中国感恩教育首席讲师、彭成感恩教育首席忠义讲师余云老师到我们学校为我们全校近8000人讲学。这是我除了我们的开学典礼之外见到的最宏大的场面。上午8时，我们与家长们一起齐集学校学校操场，余云老师的精彩演讲正式开始。余老师讲话时而幽默风趣，时而凝重而令人感动，现场互动不断，现场气氛起伏不断，掀起了一个又一个高潮。连我也被卷入其中。
余老师先教我们如何感恩父母，他从感恩祖国开始延伸至感谢自己的父母。以极富感染力的语言深情讲述了歌曲《感恩的心》背后台北小女孩母女感动天地的真情故事，“5·12”汶川灾难中母亲“以身护子”、父亲“截身救子”等感人至深的事迹。学生与家长激情四溢的互动，将‘爸爸妈妈我爱你们’双手举着喊出，将现场气氛推向了第一个高潮。开始的时候，全场掌声不断，学生开心而笑。随着全场互动不断，同学们由不经意听到全神贯注听。余老师讲到感人之处，扣动了全场所有同学家长的心弦。老师感动而泪，同学们由低头而泣到掩面而哭。听到余老师的这一席话，我也十分感动，也是深有触发，我们为什么不从现在开始孝敬父母呢？有一句话说得好“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”。因此，为了报答辛苦养育我的父母，我现在一定要好好学习，长大后，找一个好的工作，让父母安享晚年。父母为我付出的，我将十倍、百倍的感谢、回报他们，让他们的付出有价值。
余老师又教我们如何向网络游戏说再见。接着，他说了一句话：同学们来到美好的世界，要学会学习，学会生活，将来要学会工作。指出美好的青春年华是学习的最佳时期，不能上网吧、玩游戏，否则将来会悔恨终生。就是他这句话，深深触动同学们的心扉。特别是平时经常上网吧、上游戏厅的同学，他们勇敢地走上演讲台，向他们的父母忏悔。他们高举双拳向全场持续不断地大声疾呼：“再也不上网了”。全场掌声雷动，所有人都有很感动。不少同学或感动、或愧疚的泪水在眼眶里打转。我的泪水从眼眶里流了出来，因为我也喜欢玩网络游戏，以前经常玩网络游戏，学习成绩一直在下降，原来最低95分的分数线，一下子降到了90分，我也十分悔恨，我下定决心，以后决不再接触虚拟的网络游戏，认真学习，争取再做一名好学生。
最后，余云老师教会了我们如何感恩老师。俗话说的好，一日为师，终生为父母。从古代讲到现代，幸勤的老师对学生的爱是无私的奉献。余老师教育同学们学会感恩老师。在场的所有老师被请到演讲台上。同学们及家长向老师深深地鞠躬，长达二十秒钟,老师们非常感动。师生互动，全体同学高举双手，向老师呼喊：“老师，我爱你”。学生代表向老师感恩，与老师拥抱。现场气氛再一次推向高潮，全场再次响起阵阵掌声。这时，我感觉我满身的热血沸腾了，我们的老师是那么和蔼可亲，那么平易近人。在我第一次看到他时，他的亲切、平易近人，使我的心一下子踏实下来。在我的.脑海中，珍藏着一个微笑，望远滋润、温暖着我的心田。老师，是您教会我们做人，是您告诉我们宽容待人，善待他人。老师，您的恩情我永生难忘！
余云老师精彩的演讲是短暂的，对在场的同学、老师及家长的教育却是深刻的、持久的。余云老师的演讲春雨般慈润着同学们的心田。相信同学们的心灵受到了永不磨灭的、深刻的洗礼；相信同学们一定会学会感恩，把全部精力集中到学习上，力争取得优异成绩，感恩老师，感恩父母，感恩自己；相信我们一定会不会让爱我的人失望！

How much I miss you, do you give me the rice, how delicious, I often dream of in the evening I went to the kitchen to steal to eat the food you do.
