给三个孩子的信
从上个学期开始，我便开始了和孩子们写信的习惯。会根据他们日常的表现，进行评价和鼓励，从此，他们开始每天期待自己能收到老师的信。
这是一封封神奇的信，带给了这个班巨大的改变。这个班我从五年级才开始担任班主任，之前前面四年阴差阳错，每年一个班主任，就像一个没妈的孩子，这个班等到我接手时，已经在学校“臭名昭著”了。
